I called in, even though he knew the adapter was in stock, the associate over the phone still offered to make sure it was there. I came in, was in line waiting to purchase, an associate’s customer that seemed to know him well went, and got him from the back. Now even before helping the customer he knew that just brought him to the front he rung up my purchase first. Great job auto zone. I’ve exclusively shopped with you since I was 18, and I will continue to do so with such great service

I was recommended to check my alternator when I got my battery replaced. This AutoZone was the closest to the house.
I pulled up to the front of the store and Daniel tested my alternator. After it was determined that I needed a replacement, he checked the system and found one for me. He recommended that I got the re-​manufactured vs. the a new, essentially saying it’s the same, but substantially cheaper. When he didn’t have any in stock, he found another close location where I can pick it up.
I’ll come looking for Daniel the next time I have issues with my car.
