I began to notice AutoZone is a much better auto supplies chain than others. Since I ditched Pep Boys, I started to shop for a replacement.
The orange and red sign on top of the building grabbed my attention as I drive toward Dollar Tree store. My first impression, they don’t mind customers taking care of their purchases immediately in the parking lot. Another observation, this parking lot does not have excessive oil streaks like other AutoZone stores.
Once I walked in, the shelves are well stocked. I found what I needed right away, as I’m familiar with the layout. The sales associates are very knowledgeable with the policy and merchandise.
I would frequent this store simply because it’s close to my house and they treat me as a customer, not a number.
