AutoNation Mitsubishi

We financed a 2008 Mercedes Benz S550 from Autonation Mitshubishi on 9÷24÷15. I signed all the appropriate documentation to have the vehicle titled and registered here in Texas. The temporary tag for the vehicle was about to expire, so we decided to contact the TX DMV to check on the status of the registration. When I spoke with TX DMV on 11÷10÷15 they stated that they have NOT received any paperwork from the dealer to register the vehicle since its purchase date on 9÷24÷15. They recommended to file a dealer complaint because I should have received my plate and registration a long time ago. The registration and plates can be received by the owner within one day so why have we not received anything in over 2 months?!?
Frustrated, my husband and I contacted the office numerous times and spoke to the Sales Manager Steve, Erica who manages registration of the vehicles that are purchased there and even the General Manager Tracy who all stated they would make sure we received our registration and plates for the vehicle immediately and apologized for the delay. ALL OF THEM LIED TO US! As of 11÷27÷15 we have yet to receive the registration and plates for the vehicle or any correspondence from them about the continued delay.
This company is absolutely atrocious and they are a bunch of thieves!!! How dare you sale a vehicle to a customer, receive payment for the purchase and then do not submit any information for the owner to drive the vehicle legally? This business should be closed for false advertisement. I am making payments on a vehicle that I cannot legally drive because of these incompetent, nonchalant managers who don’t care about the customer only about receiving money for the sale.
I will never purchase a vehicle or refer any one to these thieves and promise to post a review on every website I can to help other unsuspecting customers from purchasing a vehicle from them!!!

This was our first and best yet car buying experience thanks to Irfan Siddiqi and Keith Marcion! We came in not really knowing what we’re looking and they took the time to show us a variety of car/​options; we couldn’t be happier with our purchase at the end of the day!

I bought my vehicle at what I consider a fair price. The sales staff and my personal salesman, Sam, were polite and professional.
The day after I bought the car the power steering went out. I towed it back to the
Dealer where they replaced the faulty hoses and replaced defective windshield
Wipers at no charge. The next day it was noted that the windshield cleaner was empty, I put solution in only for the warning to return. I took it to a mechanic who informed me the solution was leaking out and would have to be repaired. This has not been addressed. The next day, the back tire blew out and I had the car towed again (the second time in 4 days) and I purchased a tire for $ 250.00. I have had the car a week and am nervous about other possible problems?
As AutoNation Mitsubishi said they did a 50 point service check as part of their process, I was disappointed that so many problems have occurred from my newly
Purchased used car.

Gary Rogers is literally like my dad! I know nothing about cars so everything I hear a squeak out of place I run over to Autonation Mitsubishi where I always work with Gary. I’ve generally heard that women are more likely to pay more for service but I have never felt that way with Gary. All my services are reasonably priced!

Bait and switch!!! I made a appointment with the woman tanina she even text me the morning of to verify as I asked her if the truck was still available and I got a reply of yes we will see you at noon. I drove in with my wife excited about seeing the truck and when I get there it was oh well let me see what happened and oh we had this deal in place since Saturday and it finally came through this morning (Friday) but come look at this truck that is 10k more than the other one but we can make you a killer deal… I was livid and all the manager would say is sorry that’s the car busines jacka$$

Service Center is great! Carlos T. is very knowledgable, professional, and friendly!
I got my oil changes and there were a lot of vehicles. I had an appointment and was greeted really fast for the line baking up.
Very comfy and classy looking waiting area too.

Best car salesperson we’ve ever had. I come from a very big extended family, and we are constantly purchasing/​selling our cars. I’ve had a lot of experience dealing with the good and the bad of car buying/​negotiating.
My brother came in from Florida to shop for a car. Over the course of a week, we drove around the city, out to Spring/​Cypress and Pasedena, so you know we covered a good bit of the greater Houston area. We met Keith on the 2^nd to last day of the search. We were actually considering a different dealer at that time, and Keith never once pressured us. He offered his honest advice to us which led us to make a decision on another dealer’s car. As luck would have it (for both us and Keith), the other car turned out to have some electrical issues, and the dealer had some very questionable staff in addition to that. We quickly returned to AutoNation where Keith and his manager worked out a very nice deal for us.
Keith, at AutoNation Mitsubishi, is an outlier, far exceeded our expectations and delivered on every promise he made. Keith is very responsive, honest and hardworking. He made the process (which is usually quite painful) very easy. Definitely will work with him again.
