After Joe the owner looked at my t.v. and told me it needed a new video card for $ 395 he took it back to his shop for about a week and then brought the t.v. back to me. After about a day or two the t.v. was in worse condition then when I sent it to him. I tried numerous times to have him come back to fix it because it was still under his warranty and he either would not return my phone calls or said he would come out and then not show up or call to let me know he wasn’t coming. I spoke to one of his tech’s and was told they put a cooling fan in and not a video card. $ 395 for a cooling fan which you can by at Radio Shack for $ 10, I confronted Joe about this over the phone and he suspiciously lied to me and told me they wrote the repair slip wrong he really did put the new video card in and also put the fan in for free.
