I had the worst customer service on Monday, April 29th. The employee spent an hour with me and did absolutly nothing but make things worst. He was not able to fix my sons computer and I was trying to buy a new iphone with my upgrade and he could not figure out how to work the computer or the phone. He printed out my personal statement and was reprimaned by his co worker that he was not do this and to shred my information. At one point he just rolled up my informationa and tossed it on the floor. I ended up leaving and this store has lost me as a customer. No phone calls of apologies and that should have been immediately.
