Horrible service! I am ready to eat my contract just to never have to deal with this store or AT&T anymore. Go to the store in the heights!

They take forever to do thing even doe there’s not a lot of people, and the persons that work there take for ever too, the play I got to say that is very clean and awesome.

Worst customer service EVER… Went today to buy a case, First of all you have to wait to be called, even though there was at least 2 representatives available… Walking around. I mean, c’mon, just need to pay for a case. They called me and I told them I was gonna pay CASH… OMG!!! Do not say that word there, they all look at you like an alien or something. Had to tell the girl i dont have a card with me, and still… She even reply in Spanish even though i was speaking English. Since she opened her register i asked her if she had change of 20 so i could pay my phone bill in the kiosk(only exact cash) since she REFUSED to get my payment. And told me i can only pay my bill at the kiosk. I guess. I had Sprint and T-mobile before, their service sucks but never had an issue with their customer service with them.
