Our dog was sick and had a few accidents on the carpet so we called and the came the next day. They were very professional, did a great job and were very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

We e-​mailed to schedule for someone to come out and give us a quote for carpet and upholstery cleaning last week, and received a call back the very next morning to schedule a time.
Ivan called 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment to let us know he was on his way, and arrived promptly. He was very personable and professional. We discussed our problem areas, having two large dogs, and he was very good at explaining what we did and did not need to do with our carpet type. He left us with a quote and told us to just call and schedule when we were ready.
A couple of days later, we called and left a message. It took a day or two to get a call back, but we figured they were busy with appointments before the holidays, so it was no big deal. To our surprise, they actually had an appointment available the next week.
Ivan again called 30 minutes before our scheduled time to let us know he was on his way, and again arrived promptly. He got right to work, and was extremely thorough and professional.
We are very happy with the results, and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great job! Made my carpets look new. They weren’t that bad to begin with but there were a few troubles spots in high traffic areas. I also received a military discount that saved me an additional $ 50 and since my carpets were already pretty clean he made a great deal with the price. I was at first only going to do three rooms but quickly changed my mind when I got the price for entire home. They were on time, they gave me a two hour window for arrival. Job took about two hours to complete. I highly recommend them.

HIGHLY recommend Aqua Tec! I had Juan come out and bid my travertine floors, which cover almost the whole bottom floor. He gave me a crash course on natural stone and travertine specifically. He ENCOURAGED I seek other bids and make my decision, as it was a big job. His bid was $ 400 less than Sears and 100% without the pushy rush-​rush-​rush I got with Sears. Juan and his crew do not work on commission, so they’re not aggressive in their pitch, nor do they rush the job. They took their time and did an AMAZING job. Juan also took his time teaching me how to care for it in the future so that it stays looking this great! I will definitely have them back out to clean my carpets next.

These guys are awesome. They do a great job cleaning your carpet but they also care about communicating with you! They tell you what needs to be done, what doesn’t, how much it will cost, and what time they’ll come… you know, stuff you actually want to know. Highly recommended!

We just had AquaTec clean our carpets and upholstery in our home and they did a wonderful job. We have 2 small children and 2 dogs who are inside, so the fact that they don’t leave chemical residue is comforting. Couldn’t ask for any better service! Ivan and Juan were super-​professional and hard-​working. They called to let us know they were on the way and arrived during the specified time window. We had our air ducts cleaned, some Berber carpet stretched, repaired and cleaned. Thank goodness Ivan mentioned they also did dryer vents because I had forgotten to ask.
Basically, they’re one-​stop shopping and we couldn’t be happier. We had procrastinated about getting the carpet items done because we were afraid it was going to be a big hassle/​ordeal. But we just got out of their way and they did what needed to be done.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY! I’ve been a loyal AquaTec customer since purchasing my home about 9 years ago. They’ve cleaned my carpet, rugs, tile & upholstery and have always done a fantastic job. While on their website this morning I noticed they also clean air ducts. So this time, I’ve scheduled to get my carpet & ducts cleaned. :)

Aquatec just finished another outstanding job cleaning our carpets and making them look like new. We have used them annually for the past 3 – 4 years now and their great customer service, reliability and attention to detail cant be beat. Prior to using Aquatec, we used a few other services and the cost was never what they advertised. There was always upcharges and I ended up paying at least double what was advertised. This NEVER happens with Aqua Tec. Very trustworthy, great prices and they do an awesome job!

Just used Aquatec for 3^rd time yesterday. This time it was for a rental property with 3 carpeted bedrooms. On their website it listed empty rooms were charged $ 0.22/sqft. Based on my sqft on these rooms, bill should have been $ 110 or so. Tech arrives looks over rooms and says this is easy, I’ll just charge your our minimum trip charge which is $ 90.
I had just installed some laminate flooring that butted up to 2 of the bedrooms. I had bought some carpet tack strips but had not finished the transition. I asked tech if he could install this for me. I’ve done this myself before and it’s difficult to do and make look perfect. Tech says no problem and spends about 15 minutes and gives me some tips and how to do this in future.
I go to pay and ask how much with the added carpet tack strips. Reply is no extra charge for that. Did I mentioned they show up when they say they are going to and call you 30 minutes before hand to confirm? Does your carpet cleaning company badger you for extras like spot treating or other services? If so, you should try Aqua Tec. And my carpets look great.

Aqua Tec is a very professional company. Their work is beyond what I have had done by any other carpet company. The have cleaned and repaired carpets for me. After the carpet repair was done, I could not even tell that my dog had scratched a hole in the carpet. Each time I have had the service, Aqua Tec has done an outstanding job. As I mentioned before they are very professional. Ivan, Melissa and Juan really know how to treat customers. I have been recommending them to friends since the first time they cleaned my carpets. Keep up the good work and I will keep sending others your way.
