Approved Apartment Locators Inc

I have never wrote a bad review before, but I feel like I was terribly disrespected by an employee of this company. «Tim» called and left a message for me on yesterday after I inquired about getting assistance with finding an apartment. I tried to return his call this morning, and he said, «Oh yes, you just called me and hung up on me, find somebody else to help you!» Total shock! As I tried to get out of my mouth that I did not try to call him, he hung up on me. I have never been treated so horribly in all of my 44 years! To automatically assume that someone hangs up in your face for no apparent reason is ridiculous. I have no record of calling before this occurrence. I guess I will just accept this as a sign that «Tim» was not going to do his best to assist me. Maybe «Tim» was just having a bad day, but when working as a customer service representative, a customer should never feel as though they are wasting your time, and this gentleman did just that. Readers if you call and happen to get «Tim», I sincerely hope he is having a good day.

My family and I are very grateful to Approved Locators. They were a tremendous help in finding us a great apartment in a nice neighborhood with our not so great credit.
