If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Made an appointment for a cleaning, they called and changed my appointment time the day of for 2 hours earlier b/c the dentist needed to re-arrange his schedule. I accomdated that, life happens — I understand. Get there at the new scheduled time, and the dentist had left for the day. No one in the office called to let me know, the only response I recieved upon arrival was«would you like to re-schedule your appointment for another day?». Ummmmmm, NO.

Dr Nyugen and all the staff have always been very friendly and we have received our services in a timely manner… they have always worked with my to make sure that we were able to get everything we needed done at a reasonable price… I would and have suggested/referred friends and family to them…

I went here for cleaning. It was terrible and horrible. I was sitting in the chair and waiting for 30 minutes before some one came back to go through the charges and asked me to pay before the service. This is very back customer service. Have you ever gone in to a restaurant, sat down, ordered food from the menu and then the waiter/waitress asked you to pay before the food was server? This is bad. The people there were not friendly. They looked at me as if I was their enemy. Don’t go to Apple Dentist or you will be regret. You have been warned.

I visited the practice on FM529 and was not at all satisfied. I went to this dental practice after a neighbor recommended them. She said that her daughter was getting her braces done there and that it was affordable. I realize now that the main reason why lots of people recommend the place is that 3 recommendations for ortho treatment will earn them an IPAD. I am giving Apple Dentist one star because they are affordable and open 7 days a week. Their promptness and concern for their patience would get a zero if it were an option. They overbook appointments so that typical waiting time is about two hours. I called their«complaints» line while I was there and no one at their main office picked up the phone. I got a call back ½ hour later, but it was clear that nothing would be done about it. Their dentists don’t quite seem to know what they’re doing. I had taken my son in due to a sore mouth. He had an ortho consult and I asked about the cost of fillings, only to be told that he didn’t have cavities that needed fillings. A few weeks later for his cleaning, another dentist at the practice said my son needed the fillings and that the other dentist must have not worn his glasses to look at the film. If you’re planning on going to Apple Dentists on 529 for orthodontics, you should also know that there is no personalized care given to patients. The doctors and hygienists all say, «Dr. White cares for his patients.» The fact is, he never actually does any of the work, he merely oversees his aides. That doesn’t seem like caring. He’s also never available except for TWO days per month. If ANYTHING goes wrong with your braces, you won’t be seen by any of the other doctors. The assistants are scared to even try doing anything to alleviate the pain of a patient if he’s not there, and of course the other orthodontist won’t either. I went there because I thought about the convenience and thought that with several doctors there, we’d be seen if ever there was a problem. I was WRONG. I’d advise people to go elsewhere… anywhere else.
