Specialties
Tex-Mex is more than just another type of cuisine — it represents the cultural, historical and culinary melting pot of both Texas and Mexico. Opening March 24, 2015, Añejo pushes the boundaries of traditional Tex-Mex by transporting the authenticity and soul of the beloved culinary union to a more refined taste and presentation.
Guests will experience the finest flavors and ingredients alongside classic cocktails, wines from around the world, local beers, handcrafted margaritas and up to 100 of the world’s best tequilas and mezcals.
Añejo’s dishes are skillfully prepared and elegantly presented, exemplifying the classic foundation of Tex-Mex but refining it with a creative, bold and modern touch.
With a vibrant and sophisticated atmosphere, a state of comfortable elegance is achieved with a bold design, a lively disposition and a sense of exclusivity.
From margaritas and guacamole prepared tableside, to tequila tastings with our experienced and knowledgeable team, we recognize that an impeccable and memorable dining experience is all about the fine details.
