This is a one stop shop!!! I love it because when I come in, the staff is always so personable and professional. All of the staff is great, but I always request Stephanie because she is very knowledgeable about all of the treatments and products and always honest and I really appreciate it. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out!

You guys have to check out Stephanie! She is a wonderful tech. Keeps her clients happy and bends over backwards for them. I have a couple of issues at this location, but she made things happen each and every time. Thank you for your kindness, courtesy, and flexibility.

Stephanie Miller is great!!! She listens to concerns and recommends the service that best suits your needs. She makes you feel comfortable and gets the job done quickly and effectively. Laser hair removal is the way to go. Courtnay, makes you feel at ease and are very knowledgeable on all products and services. I’m glad I found this place.

After years of painful shaving and waxing I finally decided to get laser hair removal done. It was the best decision I’ve made for my body. I love this location, the staff is always very welcoming. STEPHANIE MILLER who is the best in the business and my laser technician is AWESOME! She always makes the whole process feel comfortable. She listens to you and makes suggestions along the way. She truly does care and will make sure you are taken care of every single time! Ask for Stephanie you are going to love her!

Stephanie is great! She treats customers with the upmost respect! The most amazing tech I’ve had there. The establishment needs help Stephanie can not do it by herself, even though she makes it work. Stephanie is Amazing and puts her customers first. She is the best, just needs some help for the business.

The worst customer service that you can possible receive is what Amerejuve, River Oaks has to offer. Courtney, the sales manager is so sweet and quick to sell the membership but once done, you may as well go to hell all that she cares. The treatment left me with burn marks that still haven’t gone in three months. They/​she never answers her phones and never are good with accommodating you. She sold me 6 sessions in May and since then I have been able to receive only one full service session in June. The second scheduled service in August caused unbearable pain and left me with marks all over my chest and partial left arm. They had to stop after I complained too much. Since then they are not giving me any more appointments even though I have made two of my three installments which amount to $ 1166. I spoke with my credit card company and they just had Courtney on the phone and she simply refused to provide me with the refund. I contacted and emailed the corporate and explained the situation to them but no response from them either. She had the nerve to tell me that I need to take a picture of my chest so she can forward it to her corporate office. She didn’t even hear me when I said that I came to her office to show her girls and was told that it’s a ‘routine’ burn due to sun exposure. I told her that I will stop by her office today and she said that no I am busy but you can see the girls and they will take a picture. How rude!!!
They were highly recommended by a friend but it has been the most frustrating experience. I am making it my mission to post it on facebook and reach out to as many people as I can (trust me, I know a lot of people) so they never ever go to Courtney or the River Oaks location.
I wish I could give them a zero star but that’s not an option:(

I used to go to the Sugar land location for several years. Due to rude customer service, losing my personal information inside my file, constant rescheduling, not accepting the price they quoted me before, and so many more disappointing reasons, I decided to try the River Oaks location. I am happy that I made the change. The staff at this location is professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Stephanie was my laser technician and did an incredible job. She is very detailed and made sure I was comfortable.

I’d your gonna go with Amerejuve, this is by far one of the better locations. The staff is super friendly and accomdating. I have gotten laser hair removal at other locations, and I can tell you Stephanie Miller is top notch! She is very detailed and makes sure to zap every last piece of hair! I knocked off a star is because the machine kept overheating during my treatment which required us to take 15 minute breaks during the session.

Long, LONG time patron of amerajuve galleria. I liked the RN Pat. They changed to someone who was way over injected, bleach blond lady. Went to her once and she felt the need to put down Pat for some reason. That cattiness I didn’t need, nor was I interested in hearing as a client.
Then I found out there was an amerajuve right by my house. Made an appt. waited 30 min and left. Never had my time wasted at the galleria location. Was not a fan of the receptionist who asked me if I needed water no less than 5 times. Told the people who walked in about 25 min I to my wait, that they would be seen in 10 min. Total lie. Whole thing was annoying.
Don’t waste my time. If your running THAT late, have some respect and call your clients so they are not sitting around.
Incredibly irritating. So much so, after 7 years, I’m trying somewhere else.

Friends had suggested laser hair removal to before, but after a particularly painful waxing session, I figured enough was enough. As a student, laser hair removal is particularly expensive but I decided to bite the bullet, and try a group on for 3 sessions, just to test it out.
It was easy to schedule my consultation, and they scheduled me relatively quickly. After an extensive consultation and an explanation of the procedures I was ready to go. They fit me in right then and there, and I went ahead and got my first treatment done on the same day.
I am about to go for my 6^th laser hair removal treatment next week and I am so pleased with my results so far! I don’t know about any other services offered, but Amerejuve has made me a believer in laser hair removal. I am working on my Brazilian extended and I will be back for more areas. I will be back however, because of my tech Stephanie. She’s is friendly, easy going and so quick! She’s always upbeat and coaches me through my treatments (I use a pretty high setting because I’m on my last few treatments) and reminds me that it’s all worth it for results! As you can imagine, the Brazilian extended is not the least awkward experience since you are so… exposed…, but Stephanie is funny and makes you feel comfortable, like you’re talking to an old friend, definitely not like someone you barely know is lasering your private parts. I work and go to school so my schedule can be crazy and often changes, but Stephanie can always fit me in! Just last week I had to cancel with only 3 hours notice and she rescheduled me right away for the exact date/​time I needed.

Had an appointment today and found the place locked up and no one answering the phones went by another location and found the same situation. Have they gone out of business?

I have been going to the Galleria location and quite honestly was very upset with their time management, service, and cleanliness. So I decided to try the River Oaks location. Definitely much better! The staff was nice and professional and Stephanie definitely went the extra mile. The place was clean which made me feel more comfortable.

My appointment was at 11am, I came at 10:50am, the receptionist told me she was just about to call me to try to reschedule my appointment. Since I work down the street, I decided to go ahead and move my appointment to 3:15pm. I came at 3:05 and wasn’t seen until 4:10! I was furious. I told the kind lady in the front I had to be in the Heights that evening and she kept insisting I wait another 5 minutes.
I saw they had a groupon, 3 treatments for a small area for $ 149, not bad. When I called to see if they accepted the groupon, they said they did and that not to buy it yet because they may have a cheaper deal once I come in for the consultation. After the consultation, she quoted me $ 2200 for just the underarms!
Don’t get me wrong, the staff were indeed nice and friendly, but with the rescheduling, the wait, and the price, I don’t think I’ll be getting my services done here.

i was a bit concerned about getting a glycolic peel because I had never had one before. Stephanie explained everything she was going to do beforehand and told me to let her know at any time if i was uncomfortable. The process was very pleasant and she was very nice. I signed up for three peels and three microderms. I will be back soon, and am signing my daughter up for some stuff as well. I was very pleased.

Today– They were very friendly and answered my questions when I came in. I expressed that I had only had crystal microdermabrasion and never diamond tip. I also told them I had allergies to benzyl peroxide, certain prescription antibiotics, mica and talc. We went over the ingredients to everything and found that nothing should bother me. When I went into the room and started my microdermabrasion I was amazed at how soft it felt compared to the many crystal micros I’ve received at Beautique and informed her. It was less painful. My process was to have glycolic peel after the microdermabrasion. Immediate burning on first step. Almost unbearable burning on the second step. While removing the second step she asked me if there was still burning and I said yes and she told me to let her know when it stopped, which took a while. When I did let her know it stopped she told me, «I was really worried there for a second!» I was unsure what was meant by that since she kept telling me through the processes that there should be burning. She leaves so I can dress and when I look in the mirror I see many scratches on my face. Before leaving I asked if it was normal and the manager said yes even though the esthetician remarks to me seemed nervous and as though I brought it upon myself since I didn’t express discomfort durning the microderm. The manager also reminded me I signed consent…
I wasn’t really upset until I got home. A few scratches I can get over. I have now realized they are all over my face and still sensitive. These are obviously caused by the microderm and I’m sure she saw them before applying the glycolic peel. To me that means she purposely had me sitting through that horrible pain. This shows me lack of concern, professionalism and honesty. I will not be going back for the already purchased 2 more microdermabrasion and peels I used from a groupon I bought today

The place is clean and always inviting! I’ve been going there since October for laser hair removal. Alda recommended me try a micro –facial & I’ve been hooked ever since! The staff is knowledgable and make you feel comfortable. They really care about what they do. I’ve been more than pleased with my overall experience there. I would definitely recommend to family & friends.

I made an appointment for an initial consultation which was quick and easy: they had lots of appointments the next day, which was a Saturday. When I showed up for my appointment at the address given (it’s the Chase building right across from the Kroger), the only signage was the billboard for the building which listed «Medspa» not Amerejuve, along with a few other businesses, including of course, Chase. Both the front and back doors to the building had signs that only said «Chase Private Client,» and both were locked. I called the main number and they told me to try the back door again, which was still locked. The woman on the phone was kind enough and apologized but was clearly not even located at the office I was trying to enter. While this facility might have been completely fine, the lack of correct and clear signage as well as a locked door or disorganized welcome process gave me a very bad impression and I decided to take my business to a more professional and established office.

I have been going there since November for laser hair removal treatments. The staff has always been friendly and the facility is always clean. It is in a great locatoin and parking is never an issue. Both Malorie and Sandra have done my laser treatments. Both are friendly, professional and always explain anything/​answer any questions I have. I would definately come back here and recommend others to as well.

This location is fantastic! Malori has done my laser treatments and she is amazing! She will go over everything you need to know about the treatment and make sure you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her & this location!
