Amazing Lash Studio

If I could give no stars I would. I wanted to give this location a try because it was convenient, new, and close to my house. The first issue I had with this location was the scheduling. I made an appointment for Saturday at 10:30. I get a courtesy call reminding me of my appointment, but they say it’s at 2:10 with a different stylist. I respond by saying no my appointment is at 10:30 with this person. The person on the phone then claims that I call and changed it the day before saying that time was too early and I needed a later date. I laughed and responding by saying I was at work yesterday at 6:10 so how could I have called and ask to change my appointment. She went back and forth with me claiming that I called when I didn’t. I would have remembered if I called the day before, had a whole conversation with you, and switched my appointment. With all that aside she was able to give me back my original appointment.
Saturday at 10:30 I came in with a clear mind having already dealt with the scheduling issue. Let me mind you that my appointment was at 10:30; I was not called into the back until 11:20! An hour past my appointment. The stylish apologized and preceded with my appointment. After applying the tape and taking off half of my eyelashes, she claims that now I need a full set instead of a refill. This is issue number 2! Not only do you make me wait almost an hour past my appointment but now you’re telling me I have to get a service that takes an hour and thirty minutes opposed to the 40 minutes I was prepared to say. Now I’m leaving with less lashes than I arrived with. I left because I had to be at work at 12. They scheduled me yet another appointment and would accommodate my price for the full set.
Now it’s Sunday, with another appointment. I arrive 3 minutes past the 10 minute grace period and the receptionist claims I have to reschedule because if she starts on me then she’ll run 10 minutes into the next client appointment. All of that is understandable but no one cared the day before that the stylist ran an hour into my appointment yesterday that was suppose to start at 10:30 but I didn’t get called back until 11:20.
I have still not received complete service at this location.

Very friendly staff that goes over everything you need to know before you go into the room from beginning to end. Jessica was very detailed and did not rush the process. My lashes are 3 weeks going on 4 weeks. I will definitely continue to give them my business.
