Amazing Lash Studio

The 2 stars is for management… The lash staff is great I had Laura and she did fantastic on my lashes, however the girls at the desk and manager Mona are very rude. This wasn’t on just one occasion either. Unfortunately they were rude enough last time to cause me to take mine and my friends business elsewhere… Ok for lashes, BAD FRONT DESK SERVICE! I’d recommend a westheimer location instead.

Can eyelashes be on fleek? Am I super outdated for asking that? Well, even if I’m not cool, my eyelashes are, thanks to Amazing Lash Studio. More specifically, thanks to Thuy — a masterful lash technician and the whole reason I’ve been getting compliments on my new eye-​cessories.
This was my first lash extension experience. I had always been scared to get my lashes done because I know for a fact that a lot of technicians lie about having their certification. I was happy to find out that everyone at Amazing Lash Studio is certified and most are well-​experienced. When I arrived my technician was a little backed up so I enjoyed my wait by soaking in the lovely, clean space and sipping the complimentary cucumber water.
Thuy was very soft-​spoken. She showed me a chart of the different lash styles: natural, cute, gorgeous, and sexy. She explained that «gorgeous» was lots of lashes across the whole lashline, and «sexy» was longer lashes curving out at the corner of the eyes. I couldn’t decide and told her to just make my lashes voluminous and long, like POW! She certainly delivered. She was very gentle and methodical yet quick. I lost track of time by plugging into my headphones, and I nearly dozed off while Thuy did her thang. In about two hours she was done and my lashes were incredible! Full, long, and somehow still natural looking.
On my way out other customers waiting to be serviced started looking at me. A few stared unapologetically, and two women asked permission to get close to my face to see the great work. It’s been about a month and about half of the lashes half finally fallen off. If you want to look like a million bucks (at pretty reasonable cost) then visit Thuy. The only thing you’ll complain about is how many people will be jealous, staring at your lovely new set of lashes.

I have contacted this business multiple times about the refund they owe me and have yet to be refunded. Twice I was told I would be called back back the manager (who seems to never be there) and received no return call.
$ 250 down the drain.

My girl friend has been coming here for a bit and recommended that I try it out. She booked me an appointment and we went the next day to have them put on a full set.
I had a great experience. Only took about 5 minutes or less to get setup as a new customer. Then proceeded back to the room for extensions.
The woman who did them was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and made it as quick and painless as possible. It did take about an hour and a half for a full set.
They are a bit longer than I would have liked, but overall they are pretty cool! Not sure I’ll be doing a membership, as that’s costly maintenance. but definitely fun for a wedding.
I’d come back to this location. All the girls and friendly and helpful.

Love this place! Definitely come by if you want killer lashes done by knowledgable stylists and awesome customer service!

I had an absolutely amazing experience today at this location. My lashes look great, and I’ve gotten so many complements. I can’t wait to go back for my refill :-)

This lash studio was ran very well. The services I received are absolutely amazing! I had never gotten eyelash extensions before and was always very skeptical about it, but My session definitely changed my mind about that. Be prepared to be patient and get comfortable during your appointment though, I had never realized how specific and careful they have to be in order to receive an amazing result I was there for two hours I believe, but I would have stayed for 3 even had I known how much I would love them ! Each lash is glued on to your own individual lashes. My eyes are extremely sensitive so I was very worried about getting lashes done but Allan ensured me that they use sensitive glue so that made me a lot more comfortable during my session. I have had them two weeks now and they still look great I don’t have to apply mascara EVER!!! The lady that did my lashes was named Tiffany and she was absolutely amazing I wasn’t sure what size lashes I wanted between the longest ones «gorgeous» and the ones below that I believe we’re the «sexy» so she was very helpful and said she could trim them down to be right in between just for my style I would highly recommend her she was great :) all in all I’ll definitely be a loyal customer with this place it was a great experience, in fact I’ve already prescheduled my next appt because of a wedding I’ll be attending I want my lashes on point and this place definitely won’t disappoint!

This new location is so convenient for me! I got the «gorgeous» style for a full and thick look. I love my lashes. n :)
