Car got near totaled. Fixed to perfection. Two weeks later hit and run. Fixed to perfection. And the receptionists are gorgeous! why wouldn’t you go there.

I brought my 2009 Ford expedition to allied collison.
Not only did they fix my vehicle but they showed the upmost respect for me and worked diligently for me while handling my claim. The front desk administrators were professional and very helpful with getting me into a rental car. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of body work or mechanical work. The general manager Michael Qutob and his team provided 5 star service!

Last Tuesday (12÷17÷13) I hit some debris on I59 and was forced to pull over on the left shoulder, SCARY! To my relief, Roy, a very nice Allied tow truck driver came to my rescue in no time!
Not only did he give me a safe-​clear tow to the well lit Galleria, but he changed my tire and stayed with me for the next hour and a half. I was quite the complicated case, with a flat spare tire. He patiently accompanied me to TWO gas stations to make sure my tire was properly aired up. All for $ 50!
By far the BEST tow truck experience I’ve ever had!

I had an unfortunate accident with one of their tow trucks, but John, the manager did me super. He fixed the damage for free and I submitted a claim for another ding in my passenger door and they fixed that for the amount of the claim. The job they did was outstanding and they were more than accommodating. They were all very professional and friendly. I will use them again.

So, my car was an absolute wreck after a less-​than-​friendly meeting with a neighborhood curb and a few yard signs… I embarrassingly brought my car to Allied Collision Center early the next morning. I was immediately greeted by James Roy, who owns and operates the place and Jimmy at the desk. They were so unbelievably courteous, sweet and friendly. Not only did I quickly feel like a close friend, they were so helpful with the car! There was a brand new rental ready for me and took my car with few questions asked. They handled the insurance and it was no hassle whatsoever. I received my car back in pristine condition in great time. It was spotless and beautiful! The entire process was so seamless and easy, I won’t ever go anywhere else! I personally value the integrity of the people to whom I provide business and I will definitely be recommending them with fervor!
