They haven’t even had my car for a full 24 hours and its more drama than I could have ever imagined. Stay away from any tow truck connected to West Wood. Its all a scam that provides horrible services when dealing with repairs, rentals and customer service. They’re semi nice when you come in the door but after you sign the paper, the true colors show. Lowest level shop possible with the rudest and most unprofessional people. Unfortunately I was unaware of how things worked after a auto crash. They took my car to Allied Collision/​West Wood storage/​Rolla Rally Rental car inc. One big scam company. NEVER let just any tow pick your car up. Please speak with your insurance first, even if its not covered, they can still refer you to someone better. NEVER rent a car from Allied/​Rolla Ralley. They gave me a old dirty beat Camry with expired registration and check engine and tire pressure lights on with missing hubcaps on drivers side. I woukdnt even drive it off the lot! When I mentioned the cars registration was expired, the lady who processes the rentals went to the back office for about 5 minutes and came back with paper tags for the car as if this made it okay to drive. I seriously think she opened a «word» document to create a fake paper tag. Not sure how that all works but I refused to drive it and asked for my money back. NEVER sign any document to allow them to service your vehicle. After I did my research I signed a release form so that a authorized repair facility could pick up my car and that’s when the attitudes came out. They tried to bully me into staying and threatned me with more fees. Thankfully my insurance and a REAL certified collision repair facility are currently working to get my car but these scammers will create a bogus list of fees to avoid releasing your car. Please do your research on anything or anyone associated with these companies.
THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.

Got rear ended and a tow truck came and convinced me to take my car to Allied Collision. I honestly should have held off, but they promised me that this place was great and I would be taken care of without any problems. I was tired, so I obliged.
Got taken to this repair shop and signed off on some papers that I was told was standard procedure. I was explicitly told that the papers I was signing would release me from paying any storage fees. I should have been a little stronger in resisting because the wording of the paperwork seemed to suggest otherwise. But it was late and I was tired. I also signed off on a rental agreement and got a not so great condition Impala. It reeked of cigarettes and had stains in the interior. But I was told that there were no other options at the moment. So I drove off in the car.
When I got home, I did some research on the place. I read review after review about how poor the customer service and shady the operations were. I really should have done this research beforehand, because I would have never allowed my car to be taken there. Seeing as there was nothing that could get done at such a late hour, I made a plan to head out there the next morning to try to get my car back.
I arrived to the shop the next morning as soon as the shop opened. I went to the front desk and aired my concerns with having my car being fixed here and that I wanted my car back. They said that I could not do that. Tired of arguing with them, I left with an assurance that my car would be taken care of and that everything will be handled smoothly.
Weeks later, I got the call that my car was finally ready. I went to go pick it up and was immediately rudely greeted by the women working at the front desk. I don’t know what their problem was, but they were just so mean. I pay my deductible, which I figured was the only thing between me and my car. Nope. They hold my car hostage until they get full payment for the loaner/​rental car. They were seeking a ridiculous amount for such an incredibly poor conditioned vehicle, but that’s besides the point. Anyways, they said that they would hold the car until one of two things happened: a) I pay out of pocket for the rental car (in which I was not given a daily rate for until I was ready to drop it off), or b) have my insurance company get in touch with them. It was really annoying because they should have taken care of any payment issues before they called me to come pick up my car. In any case, I wanted two hours as they tried to get hold of my insurance to resolve this issue. I do give some credit to the rental car lady that stayed past closing with me to get in touch with my insurance. After that was done, I finally get to see my car. I noticed that the rear bumper was glued on poorly and that it wasn’t aligned properly. But I wanted to save myself the trouble of dealing with them further and just drove away with my vehicle as-​is.
Months later, someone else rear-​ended me and I took my car elsewhere to a more reputable repair shop to get it fixed. When they remove my bumper, they asked who had done my repairs. They were concerned because it was poorly done. Allied had used cheap, subpar materials and did not even fix my bumper and rear door properly.
Long story short… DO NOT EVER COME HERE TO GET ANY WORK DONE WHATSOEVER. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. You have been warned.

As all of the other reviews say, avoid this place at all costs!!! They try and scam you out of money and lie to you. I was recently rear ended on 59 and their tow trucks pulled up right away, I was startled from the wreck and wasn’t thinking, and though that they were from the insurance company (State Farm). They completely lied to me and said they were towing my car to the insurance place and took it to allied and were sweet talking me the whole time, before I realized that they are scammers. Once we realized that they were screwing us, we called State Farm to have them come take the car to the dealership to be fixed, and allied had already started taking the car apart when we specifically told them to stay away from it. After the owner was an a hole about it, we threatened to call the cops if they didn’t leave the car alone, and now we might have to get an attorney to get the car out because they scammed us. So if you ever unfortunately get in a wreck around bissonnet and see their tow trucks, DO NOT CONSENT and allow them to take your car. It will be a night mare and I’m sure they vandalized the car or stole stuff in the process (and it’s a high end truck so it’s very likely). Hopefully no one falls into the same trap that I did.

Don’t walk out of here, run!!! These people are horrible! My car had a blow out and during the tire failure my car sustained some damage to the drive shaft so when the spare was placed on, the car could not drive properly. So in comes Allied’s wrecker service which of course brought my car straight here.
If I had known what type of people I would be dealing with, I would have had my car towed to the dealership. Long story short, they had my car nearly 3 weeks and if it hadn’t been for my Allstate claims adjuster, I would have all used parts on my vehicle for the grand total of $ 5700.00. These people have no integrity! Do yourself a favor and skip this place!!!

The Worst Place Ever!!! Please For Your Own Good Do Not Go To This Place Or Have A Tow Truck Take Your Car To This Place!!! Follow The Advise You Dont Wanna End Up In This Rat Hole

The best thing I can say about this place is some guy at Allied (wish I’d gotten his name) who finally took mercy on me (after being towed there without my consent) and called Enterprise to come get me. That’s the ONLY reason I gave it 1 star. Allied took full advantage of my dazed state — as did the accident cop and the tow driver — by not even ASKING where I wanted my car taken. «Stupid female» was stamped on my forehead and not even once did ANY of the participants ask me if I was okay — not Allied, the tow driver, or the cop — who without permission put Allied as the chosen body shop on the accident report. I was walking, good enough. Very cavalier guys. Oh, and within 1 hour of my leaving the car at Allied to await my insurers adjusters call, they had torn off the entire front end of my car and then dumped everything in the back seat when I informed them it was being towed elsewhere. I could have cried when I finally saw my ‘baby’ but I was too stunned. DON’T get in the tow truck until someone asks you where you want to be towed — it’s our right to choose.

Whatever you do avoid this place at all costs. My insurance company had to hassle them to release my car. And the rental cars they gave us were old and had alignment issues

I had really hoped things wouldn’t get worse at this dump.
So let’s not go into details on how some of my items were missing from the car after I got it back, how a few chips in the paint on my trunk was left unfixed, how one of my tail lights weren’t working when they weren’t damaged at all, or the COMPLETELY FLAT tire they expected me to drive home on, had I not inspected my car before pulling off the lot. Let’s talk about how that flat tire WAS NOT MY TIRE.
How did I know? If it wasn’t for the flat, I wouldn’t have taken a closer look, only to see that the tire was extremely worn. More worn than the rest of my tires. Almost bald. Besides from it being noticeably worn than my other tires, it was a different brand. My tires have never been changed since it was bought from the dealership about one year ago. And who in their right mind would just replace one tire with a different brand than your other 3 tires? The most distinct difference though is the SIZE of that one tire, its aspect ratio being 55, while the other three tires had aspect ratio of 65. What idiot would drive a car with one wheel smaller than the rest…
When I approached the staff with this problem, they insisted that the tire was the same as when it was brought in, and blamed the wear on my suspensions. Yes, the suspensions on my 1 year old car caused only one tire to be more worn than the rest… It’s unbelievable that they actually thought I was retarded enough believe that… Then he had the GUTS to blame it on the way I drive… What a splendid method of customer service, to add fuel to the fire by insulting not only my intelligence, but my driving as well, when I’m already outraged at the 10 other problems they have caused for me (read my previous review).
Nothing could be done however, to get my tire back. Even when my lawyer called, they were so adamant that they didn’t take it, saying how I could’ve changed that tire before the accident without it being on the record. The pictures that I took weren’t detailed enough either to see the brand of the tire at the accident.
If you think my review is exaggerated, go ahead and read the 20 other 1-​star reviews that they have, including filtered ones, and you’ll see the extensive collection of animosity their reputation has accumulated from many people over the years. That should be enough to warn anyone to steer clear away from this joke of a business.

WORST PLACE EVER! Good luck if u get suckered in to using this place for any type of work! They are a total nightmare to deal with. Not only is there work shoddy the entire staff has talking down to u and making u feel unheard down to a science. I have been waiting for months to get them to finish the work on my vehicle. The first time I went to get my car it was totally unacceptable (smudged paint and epoxy oozing from the two tone paneling not to mention the chewed up interior door panel). After some arm twisting they agreed to fix it properly. At which they did and ok job comparatively speaking (they got me a new interior panel and replaced the paneling strip). But the side panels don’t match and they have yet to finish the pin strip. So I’m driving around with an obviously repaired drivers side. My insurance paid for them to do a ½ fade (where they not only paint the new parts but they fade the paint half way down the next door so that ‘you won’t even notice the difference’. Ha!

My car was towed to this westwood auto storage. i guess westwood auto storage is owned by allied collision.
All i can say is read the statements below. I had the same miserable experience. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor but the second you tell them that you dont want your car stored or repaired there the whole experience changes. The request what my insurance called «bogus» forms to have the car released. Remember its your car. with your ID you can get your car.

I was in a wreck Friday and my experience was the same as all the other people who wrote to complain. While I was trying to get them to release my car there were two other people there with the same problem. This place should not be allowed to be in business and I am going to do my best to see what it takes to get them shut down.
I felt like I was being held hostage. And when the wrecker driver that I had requested got there, the «boss» was so unbelievably rude that I was stunned. He told me he had the right to hold my car for two hours and he would send for the paper work. After I asked him to please, please let me have my car as I was very tired, he said the other man would have to bring the papers to the front. Ten more minutes, he motioned me to come to the desk. They papers were there all the time.
If there was a way to give a negative 10 stars, that is how I would rate them.

So for those who read my reviews, I went back to Allied trying to claim my missing front bumper and headlights yesterday and the manager (J. Vilandos) immediately blame the missing pieces fault to the tow truck driver. He started claiming it’s not their responsibility to keep the trashed parts and he sent me back there to talk his «guys». I ended up searching through their back lot, digging through their trashed bumpers MYSELF and still couldn’t find my parts. The guy who in the back was like «have the other shop check the trunk of your car, I always leave the headlights in there.» Well what do you know my trunk is EMPTY. They are bunch of liars and will take advantage of you.
Again, STAY AWAY from West Wood Auto Storage and Allied Collision. Have your car released from the storage ASAP if your car ended up there. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING and do not believe a word what they say.

CROOKS!!! I picked up my car witch I paid over 6 thousand dollars in damages a few months ago (that I payed out of pocket for). I have recorded conversations with two employees honoring and blabbing about how they only use «dealer» parts. I’ve been in the auto industry for years and noticed right away everything was aftermarket. When I spoke to the manager he just plain asked me for more money. I have list prices in my invoice that match part numbers with dealer parts and have seen the part numbers on the parts that were put on the car. When I revived my car it had an aftermarket radiator (took it for service at Honda and they used unapproved fluid they put some autozone junk in it), hood (that was only painted in top), front bumper my brakes didn’t apply themselves correctly my check engine light was on. Staff or management was advised and did not reach out.

This place is an absolute joke. The entire operation reeks of corruption and insurance fraud. Their scamming is relentless and systematic. Here’s what happens: you get in an accident and they show up with a tow truck. In your flustered and helpless state, you agree that the car needs to be towed (or are told same). They tow it to a tow yard connected to a collusion… I mean collision center. There they hold your car and when you go to see it or remove belongings they stick a form in front of you while telling you that you should really just let them repair the car at their shop and that your insurance company can go to hell. They claim that they use new parts and that they do top quality work. They even offer to pay your deductible for you!!! How nice of them. You tell them that you’ll think about it, and then sign this form which lets them hold the car until the insurance company comes to see it. This form allows them to begin work on the car, or so they think. Unbeknownst to you, they will begin to dismantle the car immediately so that your insurance company never has a chance to accurately assess the damage, and immediately begin to order parts and rack up charges. Then you read a review, not unlike this one, and you have an «Oh SH*T.» moment. So you go down there and have to fight tooth and nail, literally get in a shouting match to have the car released. They will still attempt to charge you a staggering amount for «storing» the car for 1 day and night, along with all the (used) parts that they have already taken it upon themselves to order. Utterly appalling. Stay very far away from these crooks. I see their tow trucks sometimes on the highway and cringe knowing that they are on their way to screw yet another poor soul.

I was on an accident on hwy 59. Allied Collisions tow truck pulled up stating they were apart of the Sear it or Clear it program. I said ok and they took me to their shop. I agreed to have my car serviced there. It took them over a month to repair my vehicle. To top it off when i recived my vehicle It would cut off while i was driving. I was so fustrated I just took it to the dealership for them to repair it. Dealing with them was such a nightmare. Pls Be warned. Thanks.

It took Allied 5 weeks — five weeks! — to fix my car after a recliner hit it. After the first two weeks, they suddenly discovered damaged they had missed the first time (small car, small engine — how could they have missed it??). It was also difficult to get information from them. I urge folks to avoid this place, and if your motor club or insurance company suggests it, please point them to this review.
