As a Certified Residential Specialist designee or CRS, I have proven path to success in residential real estate. REALTORS® who have earned this credential did so by completing extensive training and by demonstrating significant experience in managing real estate transactions. Business Owner

I was born in New York City and at early age was relocated to Lima, Peru. In 2000, I graduated from University of Lima, Peru and obtained a Business Administration degree with a Minor in Marketing. Thereafter, I relocated to Houston, Texas and lived there for 9 years. Through the years I have had the opportunity to obtain extensive experience and training in Sales including Real Estate, retail, residential lending, networking, recruiting, marketing and most importantly customer service. I have also trained and developed others in these areas. I am goal-​oriented, competitive and have a passion to deliver excellent customer service! My sport accomplishments include being a member of the Peruvian Rowing National team and Champion from 1989 – 1993 as well as the Peruvian Body Boarding National team from 1995 – 2000. I have traveled to Chile, Paraguay, Australia, Hawaii, Portugal, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, and Argentina. I love spending quality time with my family and watch soccer.
