Move-​in: Easy breezy. You are able to sign your lease etc. online and pay rent. Simple. All you need are the keys to get it.
Cable: This has been a real challenge. NOTHING to do with the property, as they are not responsible. I was switching from Uverse to DirectTV since there has been a push to do so since it is «better.» I told the person I spoke to the direction we face, east and was told there would not be an issue. WRONG. Once the tech arrived he informed us that it was impossible. (Note — I will write a review on them too). I switched to Comcast/​Xfinity. Do not believe that everything is a go. I got the equipment and we could not hook up to where we wanted in the LR and not at all in the BR. They do the bare minimum and only the outlet behind our couch was active.
Noise: We are across from Cle. Thursday the noise was awful in comparison to Friday and Saturday. Expect to hear music. With the TV on or playing your own music, it’s not so bad. I am getting headphones though. The Light Rail does not bother me. It is pretty quiet. Folks do honk a lot because they are clueless and Main is only one direction. This is related to Cle not average drivers.
Dog Park: Very very useful! My dogs run and play. I love having somewhere to take them and let them off lead.
Billiards: My hubby played one night by himself. He really likes the table. It reminds him of the one he had as a kid.
Parking: The spaces are large and plentiful. Granted, the building is not full, but at least they are roomy. I am guessing it will get a might more crowded. Two cars can easily pass each other, so yay.
Safety: This is a keyless property. I love it. You need to have your access thingy to get ANYWHERE. This makes me feel very safe. You cannot use an elevator unless you have one or open gates. Since my hubby works at nights a lot, feeling secure is important to me.
