One woman working on the day before Christmas Eve. When I walked in literally there is 1 woman threading eyebrows and I had to wait 30 mins because they are 3 or 4 other woman waiting as well. If you know it’s the holidays and everywhere is BusY BUSy! Maybe you should hire or ask for couple more girls to come in!!! I’m just saying… You loose less customer that way !!!

This is one of my favorite parlor in Houston mainly because of its Manager, Shahla who demonstrates highly professional attitude towards her customers. Also, the other staff — Rafat, Farhat, Shanno and Shanti delivers expertise at their work. Overall, they are a great team and extremely caring and loving towards the needs of their customers. I have turned out to be their loyal customer. I give 5 star !!

Great place to get your eyebrows threaded. I’m new here and based off the reviews I checked it out. I love it and will be coming back. It actually wasn’t as painful as other places. It’s really affordable and the lady I had was great!

I’ve only been here for eyebrow threading. Admittedly, some beauticians are better/faster /less painful than others, but I’ve personally never had a bad experience here(knock on wood). Sometimes there’s a wait and sometimes there isn’t, but they are efficient and turnover is pretty quick. I’ve never spent longer than 30 minutes in there and usually not more than 15. And I really like whatever cooling lotion gel thing they put on my eyebrows after threading it. Really helps ease the irritation and redness. They always follow the curvature of my brow and make it look very natural. At $ 4 for eyebrows, it really can’t be beat!

I received the worst eyebrow threading ever. It was extremely painful for one and I asked her not to make my eyebrows thin. Let’s just say I look shocked at everything. Plus there are stray hairs that are still present on my face, but the hairs she should not have touched were plucked out. What the hell?! I will not be back to this location.

I went here on my lunch break after checking out the reviews. Eyebrows were threatening a merger and I had to step in for a swift take-over. This is a suite in a cluster of strip shops. The place is at the corner of the first shopping center traveling south on Hilcroft. Very clean place. There are six stations, only four were in use on my visit. The ladies are very prompt and professional. I was attended to immediately upon entering. I was in and out of there in 10 mins with plenty of time to grab lunch. My eyebrows were threaded to perfection. I give distinct instructions as I have had many eyebrow FAILS. She listened and produced accordingly. The best part is it only cost me $ 4! This is unheard of! The tip exceeded the charge. I will be back!

This definitely my go to eyebrow threading salon when I’m in Houston! They are artists when it comes to threading and very precise!

They did a very good job on my eyebrows. I’ve never gotten my eyebrows threaded before, but they were very gentle. I was in and out in as little a 15 min. They are very inexpensive, and fast. I want to try the henna next.

Butchered my eyebrows, see picture I posted. Avoid shahada, she’s super slow, asked me to stretch my eyebrows like 100 times in different ways, could barley hold the thread, and all I asked for was a clean up and I ended up with worse eyebrows I started with. I also got chin which doesn’t require any skill so that was ok. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to the better Aishas. Only came to this one because the other one was closed for Christmas Eve.

I have been a regular customer over the last year for eyebrow threading. I have never been disappointed. They’re a small place with very friendly staff. They get the eyebrows done for $ 4. Zeenat is almost my go to person for my eyebrows. She’s great at what she does and knows what looks good on my face. I would definitely recommend this place for a neat threading job!

Nice, small and friendly staff. They got my brows on point! Check in and you get brows and upperlip for $ 6! Can’t beat that. Don’t confuse this one with the bigger one across the street. They’re great too though… I just love good deals!

I’ve been frequenting Aisha’s for about a year or so now. It’s a little small, but I’ve never had a horrible experience or been dissatisfied with the service. The staff is pretty friendly. The price is hard to beat, $ 7 for upper lip and eyebrows and they have a loyalty card(for a free eyebrow threading after 10 times).

I am still a regular here. Just thought I should qualify my enthusiastic review from earlier so I don’t hype up your expectations. It’s a good value, no doubt — however, keep in mind that it is a no-frills type place. You go here to get your eyebrows or facial done and move on. I mean, it’s hard to beat $ 4 for threading. If I lived super close by I’d be here every week(unfortunately I do not). With this in mind, you do get what you pay for with facials. It’s $ 60 for the full on facial. This is actually about what I’d expect given that this is a more chill location and not a fancy River Oaks spa. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a decent deal. It’s just not the OMG-to-die-for deal that my first review might have implied. If you’re cool with the space being tight and being functional vs. luxurious, then it’ll be fine for you. And Nusrat(the lady I go to here) does a solid job. But if you need ambiance, fine linens, aromatherapy, and chilled cucumber water at the end — this might not be what you’re looking for. It works for me though.

I recently started coming here to get my eyebrows done. I will say, I feel like I’m betraying Ruby’s a little bit, I used to be OCD about going there since they also do a great job… but I have also had some good experiences at Aisha’s. I have only had my eyebrows done here, but they do a nice job each time. I am very specific about how they are done and the lady listened to what I wanted(which unfortunately has not been the case at all places I have been). Eyebrows cost $ 4, which is a great deal!(Cheaper than Ruby’s too). They have a punch card so every 10 is free, which I like too. Added bonus — check in here on Unilocal and you get a free eyebrow and lip threading session! Woot! They also offer a lot of other services like facials, hair styling/hair coloring, and other skin treatments.

I have been coming to Aisha’s in Hillcroft for eyebrow threading the past 3 years. So far their service is good. It depends on the person who does it. If they are good usually it’s quick and less hurt. I purchased a deal in groupon $ 9 for 3 eyebrow threading in Aisha’s Hillcroft. What a deal! So I went there. Apparently this is not the Aisha I always go to. They opened a new one just across the street. Their service is much cheaper than the other Aisha. They said cuz it’s new so they give promotion prices. The first time I went there, it wasn’t great but still ok. TodayI went there the second time. There was only one lady who does the threading(maybe cuz I went the late, around 6pm), her name is Azam. What a horrible experience! It was the most painful eyebrow threading I ever had in my life. My tears rolled down my cheecks automatically because it’s soo painfull. It felt like she’s using a dull knife slicing my eyebrow. The thread broke a few times. Obviously she doesn’t know how to use it. On the top of that, in the middle of the service, she used tweezer. Yes, a tweezer! A tweezer in a threading place? This is the first time i saw it. Regardless, I still tipped her. Conclusion, I rather waste my third groupon service there instead of getting tortured again. Unless they have a more experienced operator than her.

I bought a Groupon to this place so I’m committed to this place two more times. On it says to schedule an appointment. When I called she was very vague and said that all day was open. I told her I was coming in at 2PM and she said ok. I showed up right at 2PM and I still had to sign in a wait 10 – 15 minutes. There were only 5 chairs in their very small seating area and they were all taken. There really wasn’t a good place to stand either so it was really awkward. The people watching that day was interesting also. Don’t get me started on the very young 20 something lady there with her boyfriend and parents. She was bossing everyone around like she was a princess. I digress… When it was finally my turn I was relieved. She asked and listened to what I wanted and then a threading we went. I had my eyebrows done and my forehead. Azam did a great job. She very detailed and cleaned everything up. She trimmed my eyebrows and she also tweezed some areas of my eyebrows. My overall experience was a bit annoying but Azam made it worth it. I will be able to return for 2 more sessions. I hope those two experiences are better.

So I bought a Groupon for 3 eyebrow threading sessions for $ 9. Hmmm… so the Groupon says that you have to schedule appointments which I did. I called the salon and made an appt for the next day at 5:15 pm. It’s in the corner of a shopping plaza off Hillcroft right past Harwin next to a huge new shopping plaza so it’s very easy to miss. When I arrived, there were two other patrons and one girl at the front. I told her that I had a 5:15 pm appt and that I had a Groupon. She seemed confused and asked me if I called that location or another one. I didn’t know there was more than one so I showed her the Groupon and told her I called the number on there which was this location. So she tells me to take a seat. A few minutes later a lady comes out of the back and they take the young lady next to me. A few minutes later, another lady comes out and they call me over. I sit in the chair and she immediately starts working on my eyebrows while she starts trying to sell me other services like facials, etc. I think it’s ok to upsell but I think it’s rude to tell someone that they NEED a facial even if it’s on special. Thumbs down. Eyebrow threading — I tell her that I like my brows thin bc my hair is fairly fine and thin. My assumption is that I will get the same type of service the lady I use to go to gave me. When she is done, she goes and gets some lotion or something and rubs it on my eyebrows and face. I tip and leave. When I get home, I take a closer look at the eyebrows once the lotion is dried and realize I will need to finish the job. I realized that she did not trim my brows which every other lady I’ve gone to always does and she didn’t arch or thin them out very well. I do understand that it’s cheap — inside it’s priced at $ 7 but there is a sign outside that says $ 4 but does that mean that my eyebrows look better BEFORE? I haven’t decided if I am going back even with two more sessions. I may just go back to paying $ 10 and driving to BFE to get them down right. *If I do go back, I will give an update*
