1. Service — I have mix feelings about this place. I had some friendly and helpful people assisting me, and then some unprofessional workers that run into you because they are too busy chasing their friends. They seem as if they are just hanging out at the store and too busy chatting, disregarding customers that need help. It may depend on who is assisting you. Not every store locations are like this.
But one thing for sure is that the people that work here are not familiar with their own sales. It’s been 2 times in a row where there is a sale, and they rang me up and charged full price. I told them about the sale, and I had to walk them to the table to prove to them. You should know every sale that you have in your own store.
Also, if you made a mistake, you need to correct the price accordingly. Not tell your customer that the sign was placed wrong. The next day I went back for an exchange, a different worker said that the sign was valid!
2. Pricing — a bit expensive, but they have coupons, so sign up online, and go to the section on clearance.
3. Ambiance — it always smell really nice in the store. Music is awesome, but a tad bit loud. It’s like a club in there, but that’s cool. I guess that’s the image they want to portray.
4. Cleanliness — everything is usually folded neatly and there are not too many crazy piles of mess. They are pretty diligent with their presentation.
5. Quality — very good quality clothing.
