Some of the people working at this company have no clue. I had to pry info from them on what I needed to do. They are very close to the Harris County Jail, but I advise you use someone else. Rosa forgot to run my payment so I could get my brother-​n-​law out of jail, so when I called in the morning all they could do was apologize. I have never had to deal with this type of situation but I know I will NEVER use ABC Bail Bonds again. As a matter of fact Sandra said that Rosa had Dropped the ball on my Brother-​n-​law. That is a horrible thing to say to a customer that depended on them.

I’m glad I got bonded out and my case got disposed. But I would NEVER recommend going through this business. They are very rude and disrespectful except the administration personnel. They really need to train the front dresk and people who answer phones how to be professional.
