We arrived here last week around 7.30pm with a lot of posters and prints and no clue or ideas. Joey(sp?) was very very helpful and helped us from start to finish with some custom jobs and standard jobs and even stayed past the 9pm closure to make sure that we got everything we needed. Great customer service and really went the extra mile. We will be back.

I placed an order for five custom framed pieces on August 7, 2015. The total came to nearly $ 1,300, and that was after a 70% discount. As of today, September 2, 2015, the order is still not complete, and only one of the five pieces was done correctly the first time. They tried to pass off incorrectly cut mats twice, which as it turns out, aren’t even prepared on site. The manager refused to take ownership of this and refused to expedite shipping to remedy the error. Furthermore, the framers apparently don’t work in a dust free environment. One of the pieces came back with a sliver of metal on the print. I asked them to fix it, and they said it was part of the print. Wrong. I am a professional and I examine my work with a magnifying glass. Literally. I demanded they open the piece, and lo and behold, it was a sliver of metal from their shop. Again, the refusal to take ownership of poor work influences the poor rating. If this deal had cost me $ 1.98, I wouldn’t have grounds to complain. At nearly $ 1,300, however, I expect quality. Professionalism simply isn’t part of their work ethic and quality control is nonexistent. Aside from the fact that the work wasn’t done correctly, I’ve spent a good four or five hours dealing with their incompetence. If you’ve got time and money to burn, by all means, use Aaron Brothers. If you expect professionalism, try your luck elsewhere.

This place is big and has a lot of frames for you to choose. However, when I was there, the guy who is a cashier was not nice. I had to carry the two heavy frame out the door. He did not even help me to open the door or bring to my car. When I was at the location on Katy, they helped me everything. Don’t go to this store, try the one in Katy and sugarland are better service.

They did a great job taking the concept I had and making it into a reality. Got a great discount on the end product and it was done in a very timely manner. Will definitely be using again!

Beware of their«Buy 1 frame, get the next for a Penny» sale. I’ve had 2 pictures just fall off the wall as the screws holding the wire in back had been drilled into cracked or rotten wood. You get what you pay for. In addition, they lost a print taken to be framed along with the others and have denied it from the beginning. I took every piece of work I bought to them to be framed. They framed approximately 150 pieces of art for me. A lot of the frames came from their penny sale. What I used to look at with adoration I’m now forced to look at with trepidation. When will the next picture fall?

DON’T GOTOTHISLOCATION. Employee is inexperience, handles the material without proper care, and don’t know the process to do a professional work, and extremely lazy. They don’t help finding the required materials. The store is good, but go to other locations where employees are nice and help

I was able to take advantage of their 50% off for all canvas. Yay. I believe they had this deal from Christmas season till first week of January. Who doesn’t like a sale? I bought a few paint brushes and Golden acrylic paint. I also have bought some frames to frame these girly-fashionable prints I purchased on Ebay to fancy up my closet. Aaron Brothers sale the cutest birthday cards. They always ran out especially their holiday cards thats how great they are. I don’t ever deal with the staff. I usually know what I want to purchase, I go in, cash out and go.

i had no idea what this place was before i started working at the chase bank building across from this complex. i knew that they had frames, but figured they were some very overpriced frame shop… let me tell you, preconceived notions are definitely a bad thing!!! this store was humongous & had a TON of variety. it was great that all the wall frames & photo frames are in the front of the store(probably where they get most of their business) while all their artist supplies(paints, brushes, the WORKS) was in the back. they have very reasonable prices(most 11×14 frames averaged around $ 30 for a pretty modern one) & a HUGE selection for matting. they also have posters in a variety of sizes & colors & styles that ranged between $ 7 for a 5×7 and upwards to $ 25 for a large poster. the service was exceptional too. even though i didn’t need help, the staff seemed very interested in the project people were working on & were super creative too. i’ll definitely keep this place in mind whenever i have another project to work on!

I was a lost puppy when I walked towards Aaron Brothers. But as soon as the entrance door opened, I was greeted by a lady named Marla. She was very helpful. I needed a specific color frame for a specific sized picture. She knew where to go and showed me my options. The store is huge! There are frames everywhere, all organized according to design. You might just want to speak with an employee so that they can head you in the right direction. The prices are decent and they frame the stuff for you. I walked out of there paying only 30 bucks as opposed to having something done at a «Frame Shop» for 130 bucks. I will definitely go here again and recommend it to everyone!
