I’m happy to say I have found an eye brow threading place to go to regularly now. I have been here more than a handful of times since I have moved back to Houston and it’s almost as good as the place I loved going to in Montclair, CA. The only take back is they don’t always offer the lotion after your service. You have to ask.
There are usually 1 – 2 people working and I usually don’t have to wait for more than 5 minutes except one time they were so busy because it was Christmas Eve. I was so grateful that they opened the day before Christmas! Thank you for staying open for your customers.
They have a stamp card that offers discounts which is a good way to reward customers.
They do accept credit cards if your service is over $ 10.

Aaina is by far the best salon in town. I live in the Pearland area and faithfully drive at least once monthly to have my eyebrows maintenanced. Their customer service and professional staff exceeds all expectations! I’ve been a regular of Jit’s for about 3 years now and she comes highly recommended! Her attention to each customers individual needs is phenomenal. Visit Aaina! You will not be disappointed! Ask to see Jit and tell her that I sent you!

Quick and clean. What more could you want from a brow place?
She was polite, fast, and precise. My eyebrows came out exactly how I wanted with a price that was very reasonable.
I haven’t tried the other services they provide here, but I’ll definitely be returning for my brows.

I got my eyebrows threaded here 4 times. The first time I believe they were done by the owner, she did a decent job but nothing to rave about. I used to go to a location in central Houston but to avoid the drive, decided to try this location since its a bit close and had good reviews. I absolutely love having full eyebrows, this place messed up my eyebrows. I now have one eyebrow that is thinner than the other. You ladies know that it is a struggle to get your eyebrows back to perfection. I found a place that I like a lot better and its about an 8 minute drive from this one and a lot closer to home! Decided to post this review for anyone looking for a new place, I would avoid this place.

They really strive to give you excellent customer service, I’ve had my eyebrows done by 2 different ladies and they both have done an excellent job. They are also cheap! Only $ 8 for eyebrows if you have cash. If you pay with your card it’s $ 10 so take cash :)
They offer other services like facials, eyebrow tinting, lashes, body waxing and skin care.
They are open Monday– Saturday and closed Sunday.
Oh and be sure to get your member card so you can get $ 2 off eyebrow threading after your 5th visit :)

Well, after going here a year, I will be finding a new salon. This is the second time they have jacked up my eyebrows. There is ONE person there that can do brows. Then the bad part is they jack them up and don’t want to fix them. I don’t give 3 strikes, two is enough.

All my threading services have been great except I can tell you that every experience will be different depending on the person who will do your services!
My first time was very great since I’ve never had threading in my life. Aha. It wasn’t as painful, and the outcome was so worth it. Every time I came back it was a different experience or brow shape, but nothing bad that I could slap a bad rating on. All were, eh, decent.
3 stars for personal reasons. I was born with natural dry skin and every time I came back to get my lips or eyebrows threaded, my skin would become really dry and flaky and whoever would thread my eyebrows/​lips would always make a remark about my skin making me feel conscious about myself. Not something I’m going to make a big deal about though. I just wish people there were a bit more attentive that not everyone has the same skin.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now after doing my eyebrows myself for about 2 years. I’ve had bad experiences with threading so it was hard to trust someone new with my eyebrows. My husband actually surprised me with a groupon to this salon and I was hesitant to come.
I’m so glad I came. Amirjit is amazing! So nice so friendly and always busy. There is always a line for her.

Went here today after reading good Unilocal reviews, and had my eyebrows threaded. I didn’t have them threaded by the owner but the lady who did mine was very friendly and quick.
I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for 5 yrs now and have tried a lot of places and this was by far one of the nicest/​cleanest location. The process was bearable (hurt far less than the place I was going to before) but I still ended up w/​a few little cuts which is why I didn’t give them a higher rating. The lady was a little rough finishing up my right eyebrow and they’re a little thinner than I usually get them but still nice nonetheless. I did mention that I just wanted a clean up but I should have been more specific.
The prices here are a few dollars more than where I’ve been going before but they had such great customer service skills it was worth it. Will be trying again, but making an appt. with the owner as the other reviews suggest!

Aaina was the lady who did my eyebrows and she was amazing! She was super sweet and for people who are afraid of doing threading, don’t be because it didn’t hurt at all! I’ve never been so pleased with my eyebrows and I would recommend this place to all my friends :)

I purchased a gift certificate and set an appointment for a facial. Arrived to the shop and the store is closed during business hours with no notice. My name and phone number was in their appointment book and no one bothered to call. Not good service. Attempted to call the other location and they were unable to reach the owner as well and had no information on why the shop wasn’t open. I will be asking for a refund on the gift certificate and will not refer anyone to this establishment. This seems to be an ongoing issue based on the other reviews. I agree and saying the ratings are either fake or padded. This is not the proper way of doing business. How can you run a business so unprofessionally?

Ive been coming here for almost four years now (ever since I moved here) and I don’t give anyone else my business. Amarjit owns this particular store and she is amazing. She has been there since my first day. She has been there since day one and if she ever happens to be off one day or sick, wh, the cy happens to everyone, I have learned to trust pretty much everyone she has hired to give the same professional service. She gives a real family feel to the salon and treats me, and other customers as I have seen, like family. They give a great service and I enjoy coming here. I probably come every three weeks on average and if ever there were any concerns over the years, I felt comfortable voicing them and got a genuinely caring response and quick fix. I definitely recommend this place! I do NOT know what I would do without her!

Turns out first chair is not a eyebrow goddess. I went again today and she went so fast she ended up giving me little cuts as well. She still shapes my brows amazingly awesome though.
I recommend not going on a Friday, especially after work. That’s when the store gets a rush & they’re the only two working so they go as fast as they can to get to everybody.

My parents have moved to Cypress and every time I visit I always have to get threading done. First off there are a lot of places in Houston that have threading places around and more importantly, it’s cheaper than Austin. After experiences of rude service and products they have put on my face that left a bad reaction, I have found Aaina.
It is located in a mini-​mall and the signage is small. When you enter, you have to sign in and wait for your turn. Don’t worry she is quick and she is friendly too. The place is painted pink and she sometimes have incense burning. On the weekends she has two people helping her.
Her place is called Aaina Salon Brow Bar but for Unilocal sakes she needed to say eyebrow threading so people can find her. I give props to her naming her business a brow bar. Too bad there aren’t any drinks served.
