History

Established in 2000.

A+ Conferencing was founded in 2000 by Michael Burns and Robin Fisher, two telecom pioneers who had spent over 50 years in the telecom industry, having worked for Southwestern Bell and AT&T. A+ has over 10,000 customers nationwide and has specialty services in the legal, non-​profit organizations, insurance, real estate, retail and webinar/​training industries.

Meet the Business Owner

Mike B.

Business Owner

Mike B spent 11 years with Southwestern Bell and AT&T. In 1982, he founded TeleSystems Marketing, a call center business that did outbound telemarketing for non-​profit organizations and commercial businesses. In 1989, Mr. Burns founded Conference Pros International, that marketed audio and web conferencing to businesses through a network of independent agents. In 2000, Mr. Burns founded A+ Conferencing, which continued to market audio, web and desktop video conferencing services.
