I just had the pleasure of Great & Professional Service. I was Happy with the new Cadillac Sedan I was picked up in WAS VERY CLEAN, from Hilton South/West to Bush Int. AIRPORT. My Chauffeur was early, Dressed well, assistance with luggage, my door, cold water. Most important to me he didn’t Stink like CIGARETTES. I was transferred in rush hour traffic & hard rain rain. I had the opportunity and pleasure to use Ambassador Limo services. I was always more than satisfied with the quality of their services, promptness, cleanliness of their vehicles and the professionalism of their chauffeurs. They always helped me with my luggage, informed me of my routes and gave me options but the best of all is the safety level that they provided me. I got a child seat when I asked for it and always received email confirmation when I booked a trip. Their chauffeurs never speed or drive crazy and never on the phone and treated me like a queen. Stay away. This company is very aggressive and unprofessional. Does not honor business customer’s instructions and badgers pre-paid riders for payment. If you have a need for a car service for your clients you should go elsewhere.
