2626 Fountain View

My husband and I were the first tenants in this building and we must say that we really love calling this place home. Yes, at the beginning since everything was still under construction, there were a few glitches BUT the management was quick and responsive! I have zero complaints and truly enjoy living here. We have very sweet neighbors and I love all the amenities! From the gym to the residential lounge, everything is so nice and convenient!
We also enjoy the activities that they host for our building. It is always nice mingling with the neighbors and enjoying the fun food and activities they provide.
The only thing I do wish is that media room was accessible after business hours and that the club house didn’t have an 11pm curfew. But It isn’t the management’s fault — a few residence happened to ruin these privileges for us.
Aside from that, everything is awesome! The management team is awesome and our apartment is so chic and trendy!

I feel my first review did not cover both sides of the spectrum, so allow me to revise my initial review. The response and talking to management has softened my heart to remind me what I do love about living here. They are professional, and respectful. Always taking seriously my concerns and leaving me feeling confident they are working to resolve the issue.
I haven’t had any stolen packages unlike my last apartment, in fact they receive them, and are always kept safe.
My apartment is very nice and comfortable. Even though I can hear the neighbors upstairs, and some tenants smoking Marijuana that does smell the halls from time to time. They have also informed me that I can report loud neighbors and they will take care of it. I didn’t know that beforehand. However, I feel as societies class tanks as a whole, marijuana is happening everywhere. They assure me they are working to resolve that issue, and I am confident they are. I have seen them confronting. So I know as well as trust they are working on it.
Whenever issues arise they are quick to send out notices or reminders to kindly address the community. We always have maintenance issues resolved within a few-​36 hours. They have fun community get-​togethers roughly once a month, and you get to know your neighbors. Which I have loved because I am at the apartment most the day and would like to know who I am living next to. The staff is always so friendly and personal, Steve the maintenance guy is always kind, and so eager to assist. As well as all the office ladies. I really have a love for the staff. All the amenities are always working or available or are quickly repaired for the use of tenants. I love that the clubhouse stays open after office hours for a more private experience. The onsite HPD officer is proactive, and nice. Again I apologize for my prior strictly negative review to 2626 Fountainview. I do enjoy living here and feel I need to shed light on all the things I do enjoy instead of just the unpleasant, or provoking.
All apartments have qwerks, and they can’t know everyone’s personal life thoroughly before they approve them. But it’s how they deal with the problem afterwards. And 2626 seems to be doing a pretty great job. I truly couldn’t begin to express my love for the staff. They make up for all the realities of apartment living.

I just moved in and I hate, hate, hate it here. Emails and voicemails go unanswered. Dogs barking at all hours. My upstairs neighbors are so damn loud I can hardly stand it. Such a lovely thing when I have a migraine or I’m trying to sleep. I woke up the other morning because I could hear my neighbor on her phone — speakerphone to be precise! Unbelievable. The walls might as well be cardboard. Within a week of moving in I found critters in my place. I came from another complex a few streets over in effort to save money and certainly regret it. Not once my entire time there did I have a noise issue, was able to hear neighbor’s conversations, nor did I see one bug. Now I have a year to go! I’ll certainly be counting down the days or may consider breaking my lease.
