Best Thai cuisine for miles around! Everything I’ve tried from their menu is awesome! They’re great for takeout, as well as dining in. The owners are super sweet and so is their staff. Wait staff is fantastic… so friendly and accommodating. Every time I visit, they make me feel like family. Food is truly superb!

Used to eat here all the time a year ago and the food was great. Went back recently and the food was horrible and gave off a rotten smell. The service was great, the food was awful.

The lady who takes orders over the phone is an idiot. She will not allow you to call in separate orders unless you hang up and call back to place your other orders. I was in town for work and some co-workers and I tried calling in orders for pick-up. When you ask her on the phone if you can place a separate order she plays stupid and says«Separate order? I don’t understand». She didn’t care to hear an explanation either because she hung up on me. My friend tried to put in a separate order on the same call and she told her not to call back and hung up on her. She should be grateful she’s getting all this business. If you don’t want people calling you with orders, don’t open a damn restaurant and advertise that people can call in ToGo orders. This isn’t New Orleans where a lot of places get good business regardless because they’re riding off their legacy or dealing with tourists so it doesn’t matter how they treat their customers. I won’t even bother to review the quality of the food. Someone like that does not deserve their customers’ business.

We have 3 thai restaurants in Houma and we eat here almost every week. We sit down and they know what we want. I LOVE that the drunken noodles are not made with the big flat noodles like most places. Plus the pad thai isnt dry which causes the noodles to stick together. Every single time we go on vacation we try a thai place. And every single time we are let down. We even ate at the #1 and #2 thai restaurants in Memphis and Siam House is still better! Spring rolls are great with the fruity sauce. I like the tom kai gai(coconut soup with chivken) and I ask for cilantro. Now…you may THINK you know won ton soup BUT you have never had it like Siam makes it. There is something absolutely indescribable about it. Simply wonderful, you have to see for yourself. We always ask for extra fried garlic. It makes it even better. I hope they always remain open. There is no place like Siam House!

Stopped by for a late lunch. It is a pretty tiny place and there were not many people there. I was greeted promptly, seated, and my drink order taken. The menu offered a fair amount of options, however they did not have my favorite Thai dish, massaman curry. No problem though, I went for the panang with chicken. My friend ordered the pad see ew with beef, another one of my favorites. Both dishes were ordered with some extra spice, 4⁄5. When the food was brought out, the first thing that I noticed was that the rice noodles in the pad see ew were the same noodles that are used to make pad thai. This is the first time in my entire life of eating pad see ew that I have seen that. Since it is one of my favorite Thai dishes, I order it a lot. It always is made with big, thick, wide rice noodles. That is one of the things that I love about it. So, that was a big disappointment. There was not much egg in it either, which is quite the opposite of all of my past experiences as well. However, the beef was good. The texture and flavor were decent, and the beef was the savior of the dish. My panang curry with chicken was super salty. Maybe my palate has become way too accustomed to massaman curry, however, this dish did not really satisfy my taste for curry. The spice was good, but all I really tasted beyond that was salt. I guess that beggars cannot be choosers, but I’m not too sure that I would go back.

One of only two Thai places in Houma but the food is pretty good despite the lack of competition. I’m a big fan of the panang curry and the satay appetizers. The atmosphere is very peaceful and the service is usually pretty good. I frequently order out here during lunch and my coworkers are usually jealous when they look at the food. A pretty decent place for a date if your date is into trying ethnic foods.
