Just don’t go in the early morning unless you are up to some major local flavor. You’ll have these people trying to talk you into spending more $$ before walking out the door in an almost humorous, backroads, slick car salesman sort of way. Keep your eye out for expiration dates, unmarket pricey items, and stuff like that. They do have a decent item selection. Also, the produce, and frozen foods sections are good. If you are planning a meal and need a variety of ingredients, this would be a decent place to start.
