History

Established in 2012.

Off The Hook is a start up restaurant serving a variety of traditional Southern Louisiana dishes that are local to this region. We offer customers a unique dining experience they would be unlikely to find from our competition.

We would be best labeled under the fast casual category as we offer a unique and fresh product served in a timely manner. The difference between our concept and a traditional «fast casual» restaurant is our drive thru. We are able to offer a quality, uniquely crafted dish and typically have our customers served in less than 3 minutes.

Our meals can be ordered on this website, by phone call, through our convenient drive thru, or in our southern themed dining room.

Our philosophy is that customers who are seeking a good, fresh meal in generous portions should no longer be forced to sit down in a traditional restaurant for upwards of 30 – 45 minutes.
