Really needs to remove professional from this business’ name. I scheduled my son’s senior pictures one month in advance. I received a phone call from Joanne’s office cancelling our appointment two days before our shoot. We were told it was due to «emergency medical issues» and no other future arrangements were offered. Lucky for us we landed an even better photographer, however, the day we were supposed to shoot with Joanne and she was supposed to have her «emergency medical issue», we saw her out in downtown Houma shooting someone else’s senior pictures. She not only did this to us, but we have heard from others she has done this to as well. I recommend you avoid this business and find someone that actually cares about clients.
