Bayou Pediatrics

Takes awhile to make the appt. By phone but once i get there im always seen promptly. Dr. Ferrer is the #1 dr. He actually listens and takes time to explain and discuss any concerns. He loves his job and it shows.

I wish I can give a half star. Couple months ago I switched to this pediatricians because a lots of people was telling me that they were «good» I was so wrong I called to start bringing my daughters and they told me it could be over a month before they can give me an appointment for a wellness check. Ok, so for the las few days my 2 year old girl had been having diarrhea and after being at the ER two times the dr told me to bring her to a pediatrician, so I did called bayou pediatrics first thing in the morning and they put me on hold for about 30 minutes so I hang up and wait to call again. And again I was put in hold well finally they picked up the phone and they told me they didn’t have any opens for that day and that I have to call back the next day to see if they might have the time to see my daughter. Needless to say I called her last pediatrician and they gave the appointment for an hour later.
