Destinations Open in December of 2009. In Oct of 2010 Hot Springs Laser Institute made their services available on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. They offer Hair Removal, Dysport, Xeomin, Restylane, Radiesse, Juvederm, laser Genesis, and tattoo removal.
