Established in 1989.
Doctors Stuart Fleischner and Richard Van Bebber merged their established private practices in 1989 and have since incorporated, Richards son, Nicholas Van Bebber. The office has a large accomodating staff and is open 5 days a week in order to serve the Hot Springs community.
