I would say it was at least a 4 star rating. This is our first long term experience so we have nothing to compare it to.
While there aren’t a lot of trees, we didn’t chose the spots anyway. The dog run is almost always picked up by pet owners and people are very considerate around the park.
We will definitely come back this fall after a summer trip.
The people we have dealt with are friendly and helpful. The park is clean, secure, and quiet.

We are first time RV’ers and wasn’t sure about pulling into a place after hours. I called to see about staying here. Ms. Karen was so nice, explained to me what we would need, told us which spot to pull in and said she would see us at 9:00am the next morning. She gave directions (as GPS could take you in a back road which is difficult to navigate if lost.
The property is clean, not a ton of trees (I would say for long term parking, most would like more tree coverage). Nice dog park, easy to get in and out of, nice pool and beautiful lake. Access to town is nice too.
