I wish there were a lower than 1 star. I took my car there to get detailed a and they did a good job. The problem arose when they told me that the carpets are shampooed and are wet and will need to dry. That meant that I would need to leave my windows down for two days. Within 24 hours it began to rain and did not stop for 3 days and during that time my car got mildew and had a bad odor. I called and talked to the manager who told me that it was my fault that I paid the 119.00 to them and didn’t check the weather first and that I should live in a place that has a garage! He also said that any one with common since would have done differently.
