As a family owned and operated business, we provide a combined over 50 years of both customer service and culinary experience to the table. We are skilled professionals with varied backgrounds. Giving back to the local community, is key. Ted is a USAF Veteran with over 25 years of service to the USA. We care about our clients and work hard to provide the best in account management to keep our products consistent and always improving. Ted (our #1 foodie) brings a lot to the table. Christine has a background in Corporate Service, Customer and Client support, plus Sales/​Marketing and HR. Plus social media! Richard is well travelled, has vast culinary skills and many years of food service and hospitality management as well as a full educational background in our trade. Together, we are the team behind the food. We stand behind our products and we stand for our clients.
