My wife and I refinanced our Brookline condo in November, 2014. Jeremy was the mortgage professional we decided to use, and I’m glad that we did. Jeremy was attentive, professional, detail-​oriented, courteous, and most of all… patient. Although a condo refi is rather straightforward, I had a lot of questions and Jeremy continually took the time to answer each and every one in a clear and concise manner. Further, Jeremy was prompt in returning phone calls/​emails.
Lastly, and probably most importantly, Jeremy was available throughout the entire refi process and was with us every step of the way, as he continually checked in to see if he could be of any assistance.
