S.W.E.A.T. Training Center is a personal training and group fitness center created to give people a comfortable and safe place to lose weight, increase fitness, or learn how to live a life of wellness.
Meet the Business Owner
Colleen W.
Business Owner
S.W.E.A.T. Training Center is founded by Colleen Wakaruk. Her passion in life is helping others to achieve their potential. She believes that the human body is infinitely more capable than you could ever imagine, but the trick lies in turning potential into reality. Colleen has a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota. She focuses on one on one personal training, nutrition, and exercise rehabilitation.
