I showed up here with a flat. They took my car in right away and I was probably out of there in under 30 minutes. The price and service were great. I can’t think of a better experience I’ve had at an auto shop.

Hopkins Tire & Auto was very helpful in getting my car fixed quickly and $ 100 less expensive than the other place I took it. I called at 5 minutes to close on a Monday and they had it fixed by late morning Tuesday.
Both people I spoke to, on the phone and in person, were very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with.
Will definitely be going back!

These guys are great! It’s a smaller shop, and you get terrific service that you don’t always get with the larger chains.
There are several things that stick out:
1 — Lisa at the desk has an amazing memory and is super friendly on the phone.
2 — The mechanics always look for the most efficient fix to your problem. It’s clearly an honest shop, and often the mechanic himself calls to let you know what’s up and what your options are.
3 — The place is kind of tough to find and their hours are limited. But you can expect that from a smaller place, to keep their prices down. It’s well worth it to find them!
