I absolutely love this bookstore! It has such a cozy atmosphere. I shop mostly for YA and MG, and I love the selection of books. Even though about half of the store is picture books, the young adult section is a mix of the best popular YA and YA that is less well known but also wonderful. All of the books in the YA section are books that will make you think. There are no cheesy, ridiculous, trope-​filled books. From reading the synopsis on the back of any one of the books on the YA shelf, you will be able to tell that the book is on the shelf for a reason. Bobbie is so nice, too. She gives great book recommendations and is very familiar with the books she sells.

This is the best childrens’ bookstore I have ever been in. The books are all high quality, no badly written Dora and Disney. The owner is wonderful and has even helped my daughter pick out books for her friends, asking questions and reading the books to her. My daughter told me that we should give this shop twenty stars.

Bobbie Fishman has the best taste in children’s books of anyone I have ever known. She is very careful. You can’t go wrong letting her help you select something. Be sure to read the books yourself as well. They are great! I also think it’s the best children’s bookstore I’ve ever been inside.

I visited this shop today and was immediately struck by the calmness of the space. There is nothing more lovely than being surrounded by beautiful books. The owner is kind and knowledgeable. And she did what I used to love about going to small bookstores: she recommended a book for me based on what I was reading. Though I am an adult, I enjoy children’s literature and appreciate discovering new classics. This store is a place not only for children but also for families who love reading and sharing stories.
