I was driving 87 in a 70 zone and was pulled over for Reckless Driving. I only realized the seriousness of the charge later when I reached home. Needless to say I had a sleepless night. After reading many good reviews here, I reached out to Mr Leavitt to represent me. The fee is very reasonable.

I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the outcome of my case. Dan was the best! He got me out of my 2^nd reckless driving ticket. My driving record was horrible! I was at –23 and really could not afford getting any type of ticket or else my license would have gotten suspended. If not by the judge then by the DMV. I spoke to 3 lawyers before finding Daniel, and I asked them all the same questions. None of them stood out to me like him. Mr. Leavitt took my 83 in a 70, and a possible felony, and basically turned it into an expensive parking ticket. Kudos, sir. You were worth every penny. Speeding ticket in VA? Better call, Daniel Leavitt.

I picked up a serious speeding violation in Mecklenburg VA last month that carried some serious consequences. Virginia has some tough penalties! (Speeding is speeding folks so watch out…)
Called Daniel as he had excellent reviews, paid, and left it in his hands to deal with as I live in CA. He kept me up to date and told me the steps. Daniel got me a very favourable outcome so my wife can relax now.
