Came here to pickup my birthday food (knockwurst)… Excellent German food selection, but small deli size. Bought a few things and enjoyed it all… price was average, and worth it for the quality of the food. Clean deli and sitting area. Customer service was OK, but definitely could have been better. Workers were polite, but spent more time talking with friends that were hanging out then with the customers… Chances are I will go back for the food, though I will also be looking for a better place

Good food for the most part. But overpriced if you ask me. The sandwiches are much smaller than most deli’s and they cost way more. I only go here for speciality things like ribs n other stuff that you can’t get at a regular deli.

If you are looking german style deli this place it amazing. I’ve tried the bratwurst and knock wurst and they are excellent. As nice treat they have slab of bacon, if you enjoy the bacon, tomato, onion appetizer at Peter Luger’s steakhouse, get a pound of bacon and slice it ½-​inch thick. Throw it on a sheet of aluminum foil and put it on the grill. Once it’s cooked have it with the fresh sliced tomato, onion, and some Peter Luger’s steak sauce, delicious.

In an area not especially know for good food near the Taconic State Parkway (TSP), this was a great surprise. A German-​style deli with homemade meats, wonderful barbecued meats, and exceptionally friendly service. The Wurstel are delicious and the BBQ chicken is outstanding. Definitely recommend.
