Very nice Indian family that’s owned the place for at least 10+ years. I used to come here a lot when I was little and get a sundae. There’s nothing extraordinary about the ice cream because it’s a chain. I’m sure the majority of Americans have had Carvel before, so you know what to expect.
The shop is very big so there’s certainly enough room to eat indoors if you choose. They also have one of those cake booklets to pass the time. If I can remember correctly, they were the first ice cream bakery in the area to put edible digital pictures on cakes.

Can you please hire a different employer to work on customers. The lady there is so unfriendly and rude. She does not make you feel welcome at all. I thought she owned the place and thats why she can act like that. I later found out she just works there. Please please please hire someone else to work there you are losing customers!!!
