Taco Bell

There seems to be a problem every time I go to Taco Bell in Hope, so if I crave TB, I go to Magnolia or Texarkana. Just saw a complaint that they were out of beef once again. That happens too much. There’s this one register worker who’s still in high school who has a nasty attitude towards the customers. Maybe it was a bad day for her, but there are surely other people who could handle that position and do so with a smile on their face. I wish TB would step it up some.

As soon as I entered the establishment I was not greeted nor acknowledged by the staff. When it was my turn to order the staff member, who was also the manager, had an attitude and was not friendly. The food took 15 minutes to come out of the kitchen and was one of 2 guests at the restaurant. Also, the bathroom has mold from the ceiling to the floor and everywhere in between.

This is a better than average Taco Bell. Easy on /​off the Interstate. Clean bathroom and Dining area. Food was made right, hot and fast — even with a special order. Service was friendly.

Very disappointed even for fast food horrible customer service. My family is on an 8 hour trip back home from visiting family and stopped here to get food. We went inside to use the restroom and got our food in there. Got to the car and the whole order was wrong. Not wanting to unload kids again, we went thru the drive thru to attempt to get the right food. The lady on the speaker told us she can’t do anything for us because we had gotten the food inside? So we pulled up to the window they gave us what they said were the right burritos. Not only were they wrong again, but 5 bites in (hungry and cranky we just ate them anyway) my burrito had a ton of hot sauce to the point that I couldn’t even eat it. I know our Taco Bell at home doesn’t handle matters this way, but this location could use some serious customer service improvement!

Being late and nothing else to really eat. We picked up food from here. The lady was cool.
XXL Beef Nachos — I love the nachos from Taco Bells. Though it could’ve maybe used a little more toppings.
Doritos Taco — I had to try it, but I thought the shell just made it too salty.
I don’t care what people say. I like me some Taco Hell… I mean Bell.
