Dan is wonderful! I have been using him for 2 years now and I wish I had found him sooner than that! It started with my central air unit. Called my regular guy… took 2 visits for them to tell me that the duct had to be replaced, that they wouldn’t go under the house to fix it and they couldn’t recommend anyone. The next guy I found was actually friends with the first guy! I should have known better. He «fixed» the duct… it worked for 10 days then it fell off the pipe. He came out again (and CHARGED ME AGAIN) to put the duct back on — which again worked for another 10 days. Then I found Dan at MidState. He actually fixed the duct properly… THE FIRST TIME. I could have saved myself $ 400 from the first 2 jokers if I had found Dan first. Imagine… I paid that much money to have 20 days of air conditioning!!!
I have since had Dan service the oil and water heater each year. Dan goes above and beyond for a service call. He is one of the last few people left that TAKE PRIDE IN A JOB WELL DONE. Dan even hooked up my dryer duct for me. (which required crawling under the house). I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dan to anyone. There are too many jokers out there just going thru the motions of a repair/​service call and do not care about you the customer, just your checkbook.
