History

Established in 2005.

Pet Expectations began it’s retail start as a Lupine Collar and Leash distributor. Lupine is based in Conway New Hampshire and guarantees their products «Even if Chewed». Pet Expectations now offers Preston Ribbons and Elmo’s Closet as well as Lupine. I also carry car magnets and window clings with a pet theme which are terrific for gifts.

Pet Expectations is based in Hooper Utah on the E-​I-​E-​I-​O Farm and is an online retail business.

I have an administrative background. I’ve traveled all over the world. I’ve settled in Hooper Utah. I’ve always wanted to have a job that involved pets. I’m living my dream as a small business owner. I get to communicate all day long with pet owners who are crazy about their pets just like I am.

My property is called the E-​I-​E-​I-​O Farm where I have 4 goats, a shetland pony, dozens of chickens and roosters, 12 parrots and two dogs. When I’m not working on my website or with my customers, I’m doing chores and spending time with all of my animals.

Jill is the best! I was looking for a discontinued Lupine collar pattern and matching key fobs as gifts for people who knew and loved our late Rottweiler, Argo. And I found she had some other discontinued patterns that our other dogs have sported. It was Christmas in spring! She even offers bookmarks that Lupine will make just for Pet Expectations, and custom patterns only available from Jill. Sometimes her prices are even a little lower than buying direct from Lupine. She may not always have stock on hand, but will get it. If you can wait, helps to save a few dollars. Besides Lupine, Jill has an extensive list of other pet products you might not think you need until you see them. ;)
Jill’s communication and customer service are phenomenal. She’s lovely to speak with. Always get a personal thank you email for an order and another when the order ships. She’s even called to let me know an item wasn’t in stock and did I want to wait until she got it, or cancel that part of the order.
Shipping to US addresses is only $ 2.50 for orders under $ 49, after which it’s free. And she offers little gifts with each order. :)

) sells pet supplies. I called them b/​c I was looking for a discontinued Lupine leash, and was referred to them by Lupine itself. The owner, Jill, personally handles the orders, and is as friendly as can be. She is very customer service oriented. Shipping rates are very reasonable, better than I’ve seen anywhere else selling the same leashes. Jill shipped out my order the very same day I placed the order!
