Reflex Tuning

I have been bringing my Cars here for a few years and I have always been treated well as a customer. These guys know their stuff and are great at troubleshooting the vaguely described issues I present them from time to time. Add in the fact that they are reasonably priced compared to dealers and they do not pressure you into work you do not need done, bringing my car here for the foreseeable future is a no brainer.
Oh, and the loaner cars they offer, when available, are a nice touch.

I started bringing my 2004 VW Passat to Doug and Heather about 4 years ago simply out of convenience (about a 5 min drive from my apartment), but have continued to bring my car back to them due to the exceptional service they have provided. I know enough about car maintenance to get myself I to trouble, but Heather and Doug never make me feel like I am asking a dumb question, and are willing to answer everything I am concerned about without making me feel like I am imposing. They have done a great job of working with my schedule, and are always very clear about what actually needs to be done. I have gone to many other «VW» shops — including the dealer — and never has a mechanic actually dissuaded me from unnecessary repairs; I really feel like Heather, Doug and the rest of their team has their customers’ best interests at heart, and aren’t looking to take us to the cleaners via our wallets. I will continue to make the hour drive to Reflex Tuning with this car and any other VW/​Audi I own in the future!

I have been going to Reflex Tuning for just under 3 years now and I really cannot say anything but great things about this place. Everyone who works there is smart and knowledgeable about Audis/​VW. This is my second Audi that I have owned and after awful experiences with the Nashua dealer I am very to happy to have found a great shop that does not try to crush you with their prices. I will continue to buy Audi’s because I know I will have people at Reflex to help me out when needed. Recommend all Audi/​VW owners to come here and leave the dealer behind.

excellent service, Not your typical shop. Very upscale feeling with a nice waiting area with a TV, Wifi, some beverages, and a nice couch. Went in thinking I had a problem with my rear beam bushings and it turned out to be something very simple and only charged me $ 20 to check it out.

Audi owners who know about Reflex are getting excellent service at an affordable and appropriate price — for a change. Those that don’t are paying way too much to keep their car in great shape and should check their options.
After several attempts to work with the dealer’s service team, I gave up and avoided using them at all costs. With some key service needing to be completed, I searched around and was refferred to Reflex. Heather was awesome, understood what I needed and made it real easy for me to feel comfortable going there without prior or direct experience.
I came away as satisfied as anyone could be and my wallet was not nearly as light picking up my A6 as it would have been had I used another provider. Import service is expensive but it doesn’t (and shouldn’t) be painful. Audi puts a fantastic car together, working with Reflex Tuning I know have a place to keep it in great shape and feel great about the people that work on it.

I own a 2001 VW Passat and Reflex Tuning is the only place I will let work on my car. The first 3 – 4 years of owning my vehicle I bounced between VW dealerships and random shops in NH and MA. None of those shops treat me with the respect and honesty that I find when working with Doug & Heather.
Luckily I had a friend to recommend Reflex Tuning after a string of bad experiences at other shops about 3 years ago. Reflex has completed everything from a basic oil change, timing belt replacement, and everything in between on my vehicle.
l always get a honest answer, fair price and quality work from Reflex. If you have a VW or Audi and are sick of dealing with overpriced repair quotes and shady shops then you need to call Reflex Tuning and they will help you out. I drive all the way from the Boston area to NH because I won’t let anyone but Reflex work on my VW.

I just dropped my 2002 Audi A4. This is the only place in town I trust my baby with. Doug and Heather are like family, their passion for cars is outstanding. I have used them for the last 6 years on 2 of my cars.

Reflex is hands-​down the best automotive experience I have had. Quick story, I bought my 2008 Passat at Audi of Nashua and three months later, it starts to overheat. I took it to the dealer and they replaced the water pump for $ 750 (warranty covered $ 650 of it). I am not sure if I needed this as I had the same exact problem (overheating in stopped traffic). When I left the Audi of Nashua they told me I would need the coolant fan replaced soon to the tune of $ 1200 and it was not under the warranty they sold me.
Here is where Reflex comes to the rescue: after a hot day and much undue overheating, I decided to call Reflex. I spoke to Doug and he stated that this problem is common in Jetta’s and can very well be just the primary fan. He told me if he had to replace the whole thing it would be $ 900 but he doubted it was both fans. To make this short it was only one fan and only cost $ 550. Along with only charging me half of the cost of the stealership, this VW/​Audi specialist shop explained everything to me. They also checked the balance of my rim for no additional cost when I inquired about a bent rim. They then found a match for me to order online (I have aftermarket rims and could not find them). Both Doug and Heather work on the cars and run the shop so you are always speaking with the tech!
I have read the rave reviews about this shop and even though it is a little out of the way for me, it is worth every second of my time and more! I have referred a friend here a while back based on their reviews when he had a problem and they treated him with the same excellent service. To be honest, I am not a very trusting person but Reflex Tuning will be the only place for all of my V-​Dub repairs!

I have a 2001 Jetta and I had been looking around Massachusetts for a good reasonable Audi/​VW repair shop but had been running into walls. I’d either find someplace that was well known but very expensive, or seemed so busy that i’d get lost in the shuffle and not get the attention for my requests and for my car that i’d want. Then I heard about Reflex Tuning and gave them a try.
I have never had this quality of service in both Customer Service and Automotive service anywhere else. They know Audi’s and VW’s inside and out and were able to diagnosis a few problems I had just by hearing my description or taking a quick look at the car, problems I’ve had other mechanics spend hours trying to troubleshoot to no avail.
They quoted me flat rates for certain jobs that they completed at exactly the hourly rate it would’ve ended up being. They were extremely reasonable with various service requests and charged me exactly what you’d expect. There’s no over-​inflating, and there’s no bullshit.
Their shop is clean and really nice, with a comfortable waiting room. The owners Douglas Pauly and Heather Zaccone are also the sole employees and are probably some of the nicest people i’ve met.
As any VW/​Audi owner can tell you, finding a genuinely good & reasonable mechanic for these cars is like finding gold. I’d suggest this place to anyone.
