I’ve been being treated by Dr. Bautista, who takes. I had a tight muscle in my back that was preventing me from turning my head and hurt almost constantly. After three adjustments and electro therapy sessions, my pain is gone. Dr. Bautista gave me stretches to help my back and rubbed a cooling balm on the muscle to take the pain away. I feel great now!

The guy is a total jerk. Would never call again or refer. Wow, way to make my already rotten day worse. U know, most people call u cuz they’re in pain or need help. Got back pain already n u just made me have a headache to top it off.

It was actually my first time in a health center, which I have never been to one before. I was wondering what kinds of things they do and my friend who happens to work there is assured me that the questions they ask are about me, which was not too bad. When I walked in i didn’t have to wait too long and they let me sit down and waited until the doctor came and did the resistance test, which was ok. This is a good experience for me because I never thought I’d be able to try out the vitamin b in a power form and drinking it. It made piqué my curiosity because I wanted to know what they do and whenever I get a chance to go there again i would be great to check it out and have a great experience to get into a heath center so at least they are the ones that has been in experienced working in the medical field as well to we can leave so customers will be available be feeling better and more relaxed and better. I hope that i return soon

The best massage therapist ever, kudos to Emilio, he got me out of pain. I have been suffering for almost 2 months now and just massage for an hour with Emilio, he got the right spot of my leg pain that I’ve been suffering, he’s very knowledgable about muscle pains, joint pains and he got all these therapeutic oils and drinks for optimum health benefits. He’s office is at Waipahu chiropractic clinic, together with Dr Morelli. If you make appointment, you can do both chiro and massage at the same time. Dr Morelli accepts HMSA, EUTF coverage. Emilio goes to this clinic only M W F from 9−5pm, he’s other office is at Pearl Highlands, and as I’ve said wherever clinic is convenient for you, just ask for Emilio and you get what you paid for.

They take American Specialty Health insurance, so I only pay $ 20 for an hour massage. I would only go with Emilio, he is awesome. He is only available on Thursdays at this location.

Chiropractic office conveniently located in downtown Honolulu on Bishop and Beretania. I’ve only seen Dr. Zen and have been very satsfied with his services. It is easy to make appointments and you can even book online or through the mind body connect app. Dr. Zen is very professional and I never feel like just another patient.

I hurt my back playing basketball and never felt that kind of lower back pain in my life. Never been to a chiropractor before. Since Dr. Zen was in downtown where I work, it was a convenient location. Glad that I found him. After a couple of sessions I started to get a lot better. Importantly he gave me specific stretching and exercise routines that I religiously followed to build up my lower back and stomach muscles. He also recommended joint anti-​inflammation nutrients that I’ve been taking. Now I’m am almost completely recovered. I still do the exercises, stretch and make sure I am carefully in lifting and bending. I would personally recommend Dr. Zen to my friends and family.

Love this place! I came originally for an injury (ligament strain in my lower back). I was in so much pain that I was coming once a week. Since then, I came back after getting physical therapy for my knee/​hip. Most recently, I’ve come back for general alignment. It’s tremendously helped my running and day to day functionality.
I’ve been to only a few chiropractors, so I don’t have a huge sample to compare. The thing I like about Dr. Zen is that he warms you up before doing the adjustment. Be wary of chiropractors who simply begin cracking right away. He also talks with you about your alignment, stretches and exercises to improve, and is overall very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!

Dr. Zen is one of the best chiropractors I have ever been to! He is very knowledgable and really wants to make sure the patient knows what is going on and why he is doing what he is doing. He really spends a lot of time with his patients too, which is a plus! He makes you feel like he cares and you are not just another patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Zen. After seeing him for my back, I felt great! If I lived on the island full time, I would definitely see him weekly!

After a number of years knowing Dr. Hong Zen​, I finally made an appointment… I’ve been experiencing pretty severe pain for some time. The kind that builds slowly and you just learn to «live with». After a «straw that broke the camel’s back» moment, I got an exam and adjustment. I’m still far from perfect, but for the first time in months or years, I can drive with my hand on top of the steering wheel and can sleep through the night without waking up to numb, frozen arms. There have been other benefits, especially at work, but how do you put a price on being able to sleep for more than an hour at a time??? Thank you Dr. Zen! Looking forward to Wednesday!

Been longing to come here! I’ve heard great reviews and a lot of friends come here especially athletes! It’s been awhile I’ve seen a chiropractor. Sad part I came in due to a car accident. Dr Hong is great! He actually found more kinks than I thought I had from the accident. Can’t wait to get my strength and mobility back!

First visit yesterday. So far so good, accessed my problematic areas. Doctor is very passionate about his profession and gave me great tips on preventative maintenance. Looking forward to starting a routine visits.

I have been seeing Dr. Zen for years now, much delayed in finally giving him a review. I have used many chiropractors throughout the years, as my spinal issues started to surface in my mid twenties (now 46). Dr. Zen I can say without a doubt is the best!
Not only is he very professional and courteous, but when asked specific questions about treatment, health, or fitness, I found out he has a vast amount of knowledge! He also fits the part, being very physically active and in great shape.
I started seeing him when I used to work downtown, as his office was close to mine. I still choose to go there, even I now work from home in Kaneohe and my field work is all on the Windward side. After going back to a desk job when I had previously worked on the family farm, sure enough my stiff neck that had somehow gone away while working outdoors came back! Dr. Zen has been able to stabilize and reliably reduce my discomfort and stiffness. He’s also very good about advising patients on things they should do on their own in order to minimize spinal problems, from how to set up your desk, chairs to use, etc.

I’d been searching for a good Chiropractor on Oahu for years now. After doing an extensive search on Unilocal,I decided to try out Dr. Zen at the Zen Heath Center. After my first visit, I can definitely say I walked out feeling 100% better than I did when I walked in!
The office is conveniently located on Beretania St. and Bishop St., within walking distance if you’re like me and work downtown. The staff was friendly and prompt, while the ambiance and décor made me feel at ease.
The initial consultation and adjustment went extremely well. Dr. Zen took time to ask me about my symptoms to find out what was going on. He could immediately tell where I was out of alignment just by pushing on certain points on my back and neck. After some talking we discussed what he would do during the visit and made me feel very comfortable during the whole thing. Once we were finished, he gave me some homework to do before my next visit – some stretches and exercises.
Tech Savvy: One thing I do really love is the online appointment booking! Makes everything super convenient for a busy-​bee like me. I’ve already booked my next appointment! Dr. Zen’s website is also very informative and handily outlines which Insurance providers he accepts.
Parking: I believe they validate for parking in Kukui Plaza (not the building they are located in), so best to call beforehand to get directions if you don’t know where it is.

Hesitant about utilizing chiropractic services, I was unsure about what to expect. My physician told me to be careful and ensure that my neck is neither touched nor is involved in any manual adjustment.
So today I headed to Zen Health Center and had high expectations. My needs were met! I learned I had a minor case of scoliosis and went through numerous physical tests to determine my nerve and body sensory abilities prior to adjustment. Dr. Zen was very careful and when I told him about my concerns regarding my neck, he suggested alternative routes including an electric stimulation machine with a hot pad. I had numerous questions for him in addition to my concerns and he was extremely helpful. He provided me with a couple exercises to do before seeing him the following week. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Another thing to look out for is chiropractors who ask you to come on a weekly basis. The best chiropractors are those that work and can offer you a reasonable timeline to fix your back. Dr. Zen did both for me and I am sure my experience will continue to be a success!
