If you are interested in having Chinese lion dance at your special event Wah Ngai would be my recommendation. They offer two types of performances: traditional lion dance blessing, and acrobatic lion dance. Wah Ngai also has a wide range of colors to choose from the help match your events color theme.

I wanted to incorporate a little bit of my culture at the wedding so I decided to have a lion dance performance I called around, found Wah Ngai to be reasonably priced and easy to work with. I got two lions, requesting blue and purple to possibly match our colors. On top of that, I hired these guys as a surprise for my wedding guests… especially my family. On the wedding day itself, they arrived early… I’d hope they would hide out so no one saw them and even gave excuses when someone asked if they will be performing during the reception. They gave a great performance and my family as well as all of our guests was happy and loved them.

To celebrate our cultural differences in the unity of our marriage, my husband and I decided that we would have two sets of performances. 1) Chinese Lion Dance and 2) Filipino cultural dance. Hubby did some research and found the Wah Ngai Lion Dance association via online. He e-mailed the association and received a response within one day. We hired 2 lions, one red and the other white for a 15 minute performance. The group showed up on time as instructed and performed without a hitch.
