I’m not a local, but found this shop on Unilocal and figured I’d check it out because of its 5-​star ratings and reviews.
I went in yesterday around 4−5pm and encountered the worst service — the complete opposite of what everyone else in the ratings experienced. My lady and I walked in, got glared at, didn’t get any sort of greet, or asked if we could be helped. I mentioned I was new to the whole vape scene and instead of a break-​down, I feel as if all I got out of the conversation was «well it depends on what you want…» knowing I didn’t have very much knowledge of the product.
I’m still not really understanding why I got crappy service. Guy had no customer service etiquette, didn’t seem knowledgeable, professional, and radiated the worst vibes. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable!

Helpful, professional, knowledgeable. first timer there, and kevin was the person who helped me in chosing my sub-​ohm tanks for a box mod that im planning to get for my significant other and myself, kevin is very knowledgable, and i found out that an ex-​colleague that i used to work with was there behind the counter. the vibe there is very professional and i got to sample alot of juices, if you want honest knowledgable sales people that knows their stuff and gets to know you personally inside not just wanting to sell/​upsell you something that you dont want, this is the place, the fact that they know ram/​justin is a plus. thanks kevin and dorian i shall return again for juices, and maybe just one more mod. (^_​^)

Stop by here awhile ago & have been meaning to write this review sooo here it goes.
A little before New Year’s Eve I decided I wanted to try out «mods» instead of Ecig pens so I did my research on different types but it was very overwhelming so I decided to just stop by this location which I’m pretty happy I did,
Walked in there was only one worker but that’s fine because he wasn’t supper busy it was just me and a couple with their kid so after he was finished helping them he helped me and he was very informative, patient, and helpful. I didn’t feel like I was talking to a kid that thinks he knows everything about this scene, which I find a lot of at other locations.
But after going thur the different spec on the different mods I finally got something and had no regrets about my choice … What really stood out for me was, I went to the kaakako nye party and was kinda drunk so I ended up losing the top of my mod which was very heartbreaking so I went back and asked to buy a replacement, he grab the top drilled the holes and handed it to me, so I asked «how much do I owe you?» He told me «it’s ok you can just take it we have extras.» I was so happy it started my 2015 off on a good foot (:

The guy at the counter is super knowledgeable, and was able to help this vapeing newb. I got a thorough education, and ended up buying myself a nice bale and some vape juice. Great service here.

The store is well lit and very clean, and the staff are super nice and helpful. When I went, I was really the only one in there, which I was happy about, since I find myself not being helped as well at busier vape shops.
The guy who helped me was really patient, and he let me sample so many juices. At other vape shops, the staff tends to just suggest random flavors without really taking my preferences into consideration. That was not the case for me at Vapor Etc. I’m still very new to vaping, but I didn’t feel intimidated to ask some dumb questions. He was also very helpful in finding alternative products for me to purchase when they were out of something in particular I had wanted, like tanks.
I ended up getting three juices and a new tank. The guy who helped me installed the new tank, gave me a free beauty ring for it, and even gave me 10% off the tank for being a first time customer! Overall, great customer service. I’d come here so often if it wasn’t as far from my place.

All the clerks at Vapor Etc are very helpful for someone not very familiar wit E-​Cigs. They don’t mind spending 30 minutes explaining the different options or letting you try flavors. They have a rewards program, but you have to enter your email address and get a receipt through email to register each purchase. Stay away from the Innovape line of products, they tend to burn and gunk up your atomizer.

I was visiting from the mainland and needed to get a replacement for my ecig as it was not working. I was not easy to find, but with determination We made it. It was a pleasant surprise with the helpful man behind the counter who knew his product. the shop was clean and well stocked with what I needed. Would defiantly go to this the is store again. These guys here are very friendly and knowledgable of their stuff. They got of of varieties especially liquids. I walked in looking for liquid for my volcano Ecig but because Alvin was so friendly and kept telling me how modding is fun, I just had to get one. He assembled my mod for me and does a really good job with the build. The setup was great and I love my first and awesome MOD. Definentlt recommend this place.

The first thing I noticed when walking into this place was how clean and refreshingly modern it was: beautiful counter tops, nicely lit, and modern design. Now I’m not a vapor (ist) nor smoker by any means, but just by listening to Alvin and his coworkers speak about their products illustrated how knowledgeable they were about the ins and outs of their merchandise. Not only did they talk about the intricacies of vaping and the device itself, they spoke about lung care and medical documentation as well. I was quite astonished at the depth and breadth of knowledge — it was most definitely something I was not expecting.
Most importantly, I watched Alvin and Jerry interact with numerous customers — they are most definitely a relaxed and nice bunch of folks. If I ever take up vaping, I’ll be sure to return here.

I’d been here twice before with my boyfriend and while everything they talked about went way over my head he seemed to love it there because he kept going back. Finally I convinced myself to drop the cigs and convert with him and luckily I went in when the girls were working (not that I don’t like the guys, they’re awesome! I just felt more comfortable being asking dumb questions to the girls haha). I got the starter pack and I’m soooo satisfied, will definitely be back!

We stopped by after our trip to Costco. Very clean store, not like regular smoke shops which was good for us because we had our 1 year old daughter with us. My husband wanted to try e-​cigs to wean off from cigarettes for a lot of reasons. The guy told us what was what, gave my husband a full course on how to use the e-​cigs, let us try all the flavors, etc. Also, gave us a crapload of discounts so a whole new set was insanely cheap, under $ 40.

Just went to the place recently for the open. Hoenstly very chilled out staff. Alvin and Gerry they are very knowledgable in there product. Plus their flavor vapor are outstand. Very gteat values. Will definitely recommend it to some of my guys to try. I will definitely come back.
