great selection on juices, larger bottles and friendly staff. stopped by here in a pinch when my usual store was closed and was pleasantly surprised!

This vape shop is pretty convenient for me and the customer service is awesome. I do wish dthey had more selections for the juices. A pretty decent juice is the loopy fruits (it tastes like fruit loop cereal) and its in a huge bottle for like $ 25. The employees are more than happy to help you with everything and share their knowledge with you.

First off, way overpriced for average stuff. Second, they sell the complete setup of mods and Heads, yet have no spare parts. Their e juice is super overpriced and you can get the same stuff online 30−40% cheaper.
I am a semi regular customer, but what bothers me is That I get carded every time I go in now (which is a stupid law) but what’s even worse is that they seem to study my ID. It takes less than 2 seconds to look at the year and know it’s 15 years over the sell date, yet they stare at my ID and then look at me. If that’s not bad enough, when I use my CC on that same cost, not 5 minutes later, they again ask to see my ID after they studied it already.
The way they act makes me feel like I’m being treated as a criminal or a fraud either that or they’re really that dumb to forget, but I don’t like to think people are dumb.

This place is good if you’re shopping for mods and anything to do with them – box mods, regular mods, clones, authentic, atomizers, etc. Their juice is a bit pricey though. I’d rather go to Puff ‘n Stuff in Kalihi for cheaper ejuice. But, it’s a bit far from where I live so this place is a solid alternative.
As far as box mods go, they have in an awesome variety and selection right now. There’s this one wooden box mod that goes for only like $ 50 and it hits hard and produces fat clouds. Some of the workers there are friendlier than others, but mostly they’re all helpful.
All in all, it’s a solid place to go when you need vape stuff.

A good selection of everything you could want Vape wise, which works in their favor and against it. I usually leave here overwhelmed and empty handed because the Staff could really care less about your questions or just simply do not know the answer. I’m not sure, but their is a very cold and stiff vibe amongst them. This is the last Vape shop I would go to based on Staff alone, but they do have a great selection of all top quality products. Just make sure you have YouTube since a Complimentary Tutorial isn’t even offered from my few experiences here. If you are an advanced and informed Vaper, then by all means hit them up since they will have what you want.

Vape shops that don’t ignore me when I walk in is an automatic win. It feels like if the employees don’t know who you are, they don’t give a crap about your money. The guys at Vape Hawaii proved my theory wrong. The super friendly staff greet me as soon as I walk in (No I wasn’t the only customer in the store).
I went in looking for juice since I was in the area, and holy crap they have a massive juice selection. Spent some time trying out different ones and ended up buying more then I planned on getting. Definitely will be coming back for more!

I don’t really go here cuz I live in Kailua, but I decided to check this place out. Came here with a friend who had friend that works there. Knowledgable guy, but cocky as f*ck. Nice place they have, but the service was pretty bad.
Last time I came, I knew I was only gonna shop for juices since my go to shop didn’t have any new flavors. Their selection is good. Labels and bottles are kind of ghetto though. Mostly glass bottles with pipette-​style droppers (I’m sure they have a name for this but I’m having a brain fart right now lol) which I’m not really a fan of but can deal with anyway. I tried a bunch but my all time favorite is Flare. Taste like fruit punch and looks like it too! On a positive note, I really like their juice menus show you the VG ratio. Really nice when you’re looking for thick juices for fat clouds.
Other than that, I wouldn’t willingly come here unless I’m within walking distance. Not really worth burning up all that gas.

Like so killer for looking for financia. But when will people be legal or illegal become legal. What an upside down world we live in…

Always passed by this place, used to be just cigs so never bothered but until I checked it out I’m surprised I never heard of this place before. They have a large assortment of vape accessories, juices, mods, addis, wire, you name it and they got it. Staff there are super cool and chill. My man Gino helped me out, rebuilt my mod and shit is fiyahh! Even gave me some tips on how to build and etc. I’ve been to plenty of other vape shops, but this store is HUGE and had a way bigger selection of mod/​juice then I’ve seen. Parking is not even bad, its right next to the fabric mart store, hard to see but parking lot is big. Vape Hawaii got your vaping needs!

To be honest. When I first went to this location, I think it was when they first opened. We didn’t know where to park, and the employees were okay. Helped me. But it wasn’t worth going back, especially because of the parking… (Being honest here)
But once one of the employees told me where the parking was… I actually don’t go anywhere else! Their juice selection is awesome. My fave is 7 wonders… I only had it for 1 week and I have to go back for more! If you have a chance… Try their Asian blend… OMG the vape is soooooo smooth. I think my fave was Scarlett. you will not be disappointed!
And go see someone name Gino. He’s super helpful and I was able to get everything I wanted! And the tank that I have, nautilus, there is a new wick, the bvc. Ask Gino, he can help!

Expensive, Attitude sucks, not really into helping, merchandise get broke very quick, non the less selection is wide so 3 stars for that.

Been here twice and both times was treated very well. Good prices on premium vape gear, staff very knowledgeable and helpful. This will pretty much be my go-​to spot from now on for all vape gear.

This place was not difficult to find at all! Now, the reason I am taking away a star, would be parking. It says on their window in BRIGHT yellow «Free Parking» right? yet, I dont even know WHERE that parking is. Consider myself dumb I guess but since the shop IS along the street, I wish I knew where TO park. The way we do it is, just park at Don Quijotes parking structure, and walk. We only do this though because right after Vape Hawaii, we actually go to Don Quijote. I remember asking once where to REALLY park and one of the guys said behind Palama Parking? but it seemed to complicated for us. So Don Quijote parking it is!
Now, Let me tell you. This Vape shop offers a HUGE variety of mods from CLONES to ORIGINAL. Not many shops carry this nice selection of mods. Others have huge selection of Ejuices, but I believe this places carries the better CLONE mods.
Chris is always my favorite, he is very knowledgable when he is working with you, and I always request him when I want my mod built. Hands down, the coolest guy!
The Ejuices here, I think they do have a decent variety but their selection is NOT as good as Vaping Section.
I think this Vape shop is better if you are looking forward to buying a clone mod but not ejuices. Don’t get me wrong, they do have GOOD brand of ejuices. However, to me it is a small selection.
They also carry, a sweet selection of drip tips for your mod! they do vary in price, which to me are quite pricey, considering you can probably find them online but if you are in a hurry and want that drip tip now go for it! but if you want to save money, make sure if you think that drip tip is worth buying.
Another good fact about this place, they do not just sell VAPE items. They carry cigarettes, lighters and accessories for the cigs. They sell incense too. It’s a lot of good stuff here. It is WORTH checking out!

Vape Hawaii offers a huge. (&when I say huge, I mean HUGE) selection of flavored juices. As well as mods, drip tips, and everything you need to complete your vaping needs. My favorite so far that I’ve tried is the «Manchu.» It’s a cross between guava and mango. Which I might add, is dericious. Yes, I said dericious. You can even sample the flavors before you decide on the one you like the best. :)
They also offer free parking in the back of fabric mart in case anybody is deceived by the «free parking» sign they have on their store window.
So all in all, the atmosphere is pretty chill. The employees are pretty friendly. Inventory is stocked with a huge variety of anything and everything you need. Pricing is really reasonable compared to the other places I’ve been.
Definitely check them out when you get the chance.
Also as a side note: they have really cheap cigarettes, hookahs and other things related to smoking.

Let me start off with this… I don’t ever write reviews on shops, but this place was so bad that they left me no choice.
As soon as I walk in, no greeting or feeling of being welcomed. There were 2 young guys, and a young girl working at the time. When I walked in, all 3 of them looked at me for a second, and continued to revert back to what there were doing (talking casually, and texting)
I went up to their display cases to look at their eliquid. It took almost 5 minutes for someone to come up to me and ask me «If I need help». I replied to him that I was just checking out what flavors you carry. His response was, «alright, cool» and walked away…
I asked the guy how a particular flavor tasted like, he then handed me a «flavor menu». The flavor that I wanted to find out more on was not in the menu, so I asked him again… His response was, «idk… I haven’t tried it yet»
I really hope the owner of this shop reads this… You wonder why your shop is so empty or isn’t as popular as the vaping section, cloud 50, or any other shop in HI… Your workers have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WHATSOEVER…
I’ll admit this, you carry top notch products, but without a staff that provides good customer service, you guys will go no where… Good customer service makes customers come back and spread the word around to their friends to check you guys out.
